started watching this a few years ago and dropped it for some reason. i recently picked it back up and finally finished it and i’m glad i did!! it was cute. very light hearted and soft ♡
really sweet and touching ♡ im kind of sad i finished it so quickly. i really liked it. i wish we could have seen more of the leads as a couple because they were so lovely!!!!

my favourite person was yido. the way she handled everything was so admirable. in moments where i would have lost my sht, she was so strong?!! i was really routing for her for the entire show, i truly hope she finds someone who adores her because she deserves that and MORE.
while i was routing for her and jeongmok… jeongmok and jiyeon really did have a spark that no one else had. to ignore that and continue with yido, jeongmok would have been a terrible person. which he is far from.
when he lied to yido and said he wouldn’t talk to jiyeon or tell him how he feels, only to do it the next day was definitely frustrating. but you really have to keep in mind that he, alongside everyone else, has never done anything like this before, they’re all bound to make mistakes. big ones, as they have no idea whats wrong and right in situations like this. that’s exactly what the beauty of this show is. while frustrating, that entire situation was understandable from all sides.
as for seungli and jisu, i feel like there’s definitely potential. this show only covers just a few days, now only time can tell if they will continue to be together. theres definitely weaknesses that could make or break the relationship but i do see them working out if they compromise and talk things out. jisu’s feelings about seungli’s constant drinking were definitely valid though, i got a little frustrated too 😭
we didnt see much of the two that came in later, which was a shame because they seemed so sweet😔 but you could really tell that the other contestants (those who ended up in a couple and those who didn’t, too) grew individually as people. i wish them all the best!!!!
such a good concept too. everyone deserves to be loved no matter what. i’ll definitely be watching if it ever gets renewed for a second season!
I didnt expect to love this drama THIS much. wow… this is probably my longest comment ever , so i guess that speaks for itself on how much i enjoyed this 😌
the characters were so loveable. every single one felt like a real person with so much depth to them. no one felt like a filler character.
i’ve never seen a drama do realism / have a variety of different relationships better than this. young love, healing love, married and divorced couples, even an age gap couple. it has everything lol. we need more dramas that are more adult romance-esque.
suhyeok and bora’s chemistry was insanely good. most definitely the best slow burn ive ever watched. they had me routing for them instantly😌 the post break up healing both of them experienced through each other was so cuteee aaa 😭 jinho and bomi took me a little longer to get into than the other couples, but once i did, i loved them too.
one thing that really stood out to me is that no character was perfect. they all had things about them that aren’t ideal, which is soooooo nice to see in dramas. it really makes them feel real.
pacing wise, they couldn’t have done it any more perfect. with so many storylines and characters, it definitely could have been overwhelming and easily fumbled but nope, nothing felt rushed and it was really easy to follow all the different stories.
i laughed way more than expected, too. yoo in na killed it as always. shes so good at playing these kind of characters. hah.. chansung.. this is not the first time i’ve watched him play the asshole role. he’s WAY too good at it.😭 everyone’s acting was amazing, really.
now that i’ve finished it, i feel kinda empty. like what do i do with my life now…???? its definitely going to stick with me for a while. sucks that the comments are so negative:/ glad i gave it a try regardless!
also the ost is perfect in this drama omg!!? whatever music was playing just made so much sense in that moment. its been a while since ive loved an ost this much!!
did not expect to feel every single emotion during this drama. what i thought would be a very light-hearted watch turned out to be a touching and beautiful story that’ll take some time to get over because wow.. their chemistry was INSANELY goodddd. so adorable. ill miss them so much. loved it 😭🫶 definitely one of those dramas im kicking myself over for not watching sooner.
the message about not messing with the past and that we’re meant to be where we are really touched me.. the age gap only really hit me at the end after they met in 2024. i wish we got a bit more after they met to help it settle. but overall, i enjoyed it!
