When switching to casual style, you usually get told something like "we can talk casually now" In Korea you either get called by your name or your status (job) ^^ I suppose that's why Doha just stuck with calling Yeonsang team leader, plus they don't seem close, so it could be the reason why Yeonsang still calls Doha "Doha-ssi"
