Modern-day approach to Vampirism
I really loved this mini drama with a modern-day approach to Vampirism. The cast, although small, packs a decent acting punch. There is plenty of eye candy and mystery for a fantasy lover. The ML and FL have plenty of chemistry and charisma, drawing you into their roles

The production is small and low budget, but the scenery and costumes are on par with the Chinese Republic era it is set in. So, I didn't mind that it was not a massive production. The use of CGI is smart and well done; it fits well with this mini drama.
The soundtrack is nice and soothing; it does not overpower the drama like some others.
The story as far as far as I know, is original and deserves to be told in this fantasy setting. The writers could have spent a little more time on the origin of the story, explaining more about the Eternal Night Clan and Flame Maidens.
