From what I saw on the hot searches, this project was reportedly offered to XZ by Tencent and Linmon. It keeps trending because multiple projects are currently queuing for him. I am currently liking the world building and character building in this drama. The interactions between the characters is good and gets better on every episode. Whenever SY and ZY are on the same frame it gives a mixture of emotions like sweet but not saccharine sweet, just the pure sweetness of a blossoming ‘forbidden’ love? but at the same time the hidden angst is there! The supporting casts character and stories are very interesting too. BXL is cunning and calculative but she manage to make the viewers understand where she’s coming from (those voiced out inner thoughts of BXL are really helpful on building her character) I like the actress playing BXY , she’s pretty and innocent looking that fits her character very well. But my favorite among the supporting casts is Chong Ming 🤣 he’s hilarious and his comedic timing is good!
The flower bridge is currently my favorite scene. It’s romantic but at the same time heart wrenching 😭 SY childhood was so sad that he cannot even thought of many happy memories and even that one happy memory about his mum still get sadder 😭
