Yeah but for some reason I'm really struggling to click with modern dramas. If you want dreamy vibe from costumes dramas, you can try the currently airing Prisoner of Beauty, Youthful Glory, Les Belles and Love like the Galaxy. Flourished Peony is also incredible as well!

I mainly watch costume dramas now (chinese especially but sometimes Korean) kdramas that gave me that 'magical' vibe are Hotel Del Luna, Castaway Diva, Extraordinary Attorney Woo, Start Up and the Red Sleeve

I was thinking the same thing. I remember finding this drama on youtube years ago. I think a lot of the older kdramas have this magical modern fairytale vibe, i don't really get that vibe from dramas anymore...

Guys!! They are dropping a new BL/Bromance drama on May 27th! Its a censored adaptation of same sex work called A Prime Minister's Disguise. Guessing from what ive seen on the trailer the ML has a sister who he cherishes but then he finds put that the king wants to make her his concubine so the ML dresses up as a woman to save her and the king then makes the ML his most cherished concubine, and then a bunch of hijinks and hilarities ensue.
