That was a solid first introductory episode! Some scenes reminded me of Light Shop (another KF adaptation). I think the director did a good job at capturing Kang Full's universe so far!
I think Habin went to return Min A's phone and Min A was at Kim Seong Hui's place . She might have witnessed them carrying her body out. Park Jeon Tae prob called his dad (JDC) because he didn't know what do with the body. Habin followed the dad and saw him dismembering Min A's body. At some point Jung Du Cheol noticed her following him causing him to make mistakes (didn't have time to clean the blood seen in ep 1). He chased her down and hit her, that's where she dropped Min A's phone at the 2nd scene and that red thread from her keychain was found.
As for who killed Min A, I think it was Kim Seong Hui's son, Do Yun. I think Min A actually visited Seong Hui's house earlier than stated and might have said something offensive about his mom. So, he killed her (maybe accidently). Then Kim Seong Hui tried to create an alibi for him by going to the hospital. It feels like Seong Hui was gaslighting Park Jeon Tae into thinking he killed her by using his dad's past against him. She mentioned his dad's past drinking and getting aggressive and told him not to call the police (prob because they would do an autopsy which would reveal Min A didn't die from strangulation like the crime scene suggested). It makes no sense for Park Jeon Tae to drink alone after she left with her son, she might have put sleeping pills in his dinner and waited for him to pass out then set it up to look like he killed Min A.
I'm more interested in who killed Lee Su Hyeon. She was avoiding Habin and seemed scared of her prior to her death. There hasn't really been an update in her case.

When Eun Soohyun came back from the airport to her house and was talking to her son outside, both the windows were closed on the right side of their house (upstairs and downstairs). When her dog started barking and they went outside...look at the windows now (both open).
The mistress can't be her neighbor since she was already outside. Proves the theory the mistress (still think it's yuri) rushed out and left the gate open. Gun woo noticed her and ran after her with his tablet probably to ask for her help with his video/birthday gift for his mom.
