Title Head 2 Head
There’s this one thing about episode 7 that keeps bothering me. It felt like a break from Farm’s established personality, almost as if it was something another character would do. Up until now, he’s been portrayed as genuinely caring, to the point where he wouldn’t even bet on which of his friends would win the race, he just wanted them both to finish safely. His treatment of Van reflects that same kindness.

But then, when the group teased Mai, Farm joined in. I really thought he would be the one friend to support and encourage Mai, especially since the other three already fill the role of teasing each other. Maybe I feel this way because I relate to being that supportive friend myself, and I don't like teasing others (but don't mind being teased) or maybe I’m just overthinking it.

It could also be because Mai is a troublemaker who often teases both couples and doesn’t hold back any secrects... Still, I wish we could see a sweet moment between Farm and Mai too. Mai often seems left out of the group in previous episodes.

It was funny when the group gave Mai a few sharp remarks or teased him playfully, like when they didn’t stop him even though he said he was leaving three times at the cafeteria. But when the harsh comment came directly from Farm and no one else, I actually felt sorry for Mai. Even though the character didn’t seem to be genuinely upset.

Imagine opening up to your friends about a tough situation, hoping that the one who’s always kind and supportive of your other friends will offer some encouragement. Instead, that friend says, 'Maybe that’s because you suck.' Hearing that from someone you though you could count on for comfort would really bring me down. If it came from one of the friends who usually tease me, I could shrug it off. but from this particular friend, it would hurt. Especially because I can’t remember Farm ever treating any of the others this way.

Talking like you know what they want to depict... Can't they just tell us a toxic storyline, with Van ultimately…
I agree with the top comment, though I do understand your perspective. For me, once trust is broken, a relationship can never truly work again. Even if Farm forgave him, that moment will always linger in the back of his mind. Of course, portraying a relationship like that is realistic and fairly common, but we felt disappointed because we hoped to see Van genuinely change for Farm. Instead, it left us frustrated. At the end of the day, this is just our opinion about the show and it doesn’t mean the writers had to do it differently, only that we wished they had. There’s nothing wrong with expressing how we feel about it. The key word here is "Personally".

guy i just remembered J in the pilot said that the car was his older brother's and also in the first chapter from…
We don't know yet, maybe he is gonna mention him later, but I don't think he is going to be an actual character in the show.

I really enjoyed the plot overall, but I wish the ending hadn’t relied so much on plot contrivances. The mystery was resolved a little too easily, and the sense of danger seemed to disappear almost instantly. It felt like the story didn’t fully live up to its potential.

That said, the casting was fantastic. I especially really like Surf acting. I’m always excited to see more of him!
I wish I could see more of Game too. I think he is adorable as Ing.

The omegaverse is based on animal instincts stemming from wolves, toxicity is part of it, there's nothing wrong…
In the end, it all comes down to personal taste. I just want to see more of BoatOat, and if I don’t enjoy some of the interactions in this one aswell, I’ll look forward to seeing them in another series that might suit me better. That’s what I’m hoping for :)

I’m not saying it’s wrong, and I’m not referring to the omegaverse, I mean specifically the forced interactions.

I really want to see more of BoatOat so I was hoping their dynamic could feel different from Sorn’s. That’s all.

I understand the instincts, but I hope it goes both ways, because if both characters can’t control themselves, it shows they both want it. That’s different from Sorn trying to kiss Jun when Jun is clearly uncomfortable.

I’m sorry if I came across as rude. English isn’t my first language, so sometimes it’s hard for me to explain things clearly. I really enjoy the concept of this series and I’m excited to see more of it <3

The one who read the novel, can anyone tell me about Jinn's father? How bad their relationship is? And how long…
It’s kinda hard to sum this up, because Jinn’s relationship with his dad is basically the big turning point of the whole story. To explain it, I’ll have to spoil some stuff.

WARNING read at your own risk!!!!!!

Alright, here’s the deal: Jinn’s parents’ story comes first. Jett and Jan were together in secret from the very beginning. They dated, got married, and even had Jinn without 'anyone' knowing. His family found out and kept trying to sabotage them, and when the relationship eventually leaked, Jett’s fans went after Jan because they didn’t approve of her (toxic family + toxic fans). Remember he was the TOP 1 actor of the country back then.

To protect Jan and Jinn, Jett decided to leave, even though Jan begged him to stay and face it together. After that, when Jinn was about 4 (I don’t remember the exact age), Jett disappeared. The only trace of him were the gifts he sent on birthdays and anniversaries. Gifts that Jan never opened but also never threw away.

Fast forward: when Jinn was around 17, Jett came back. He wasn’t an actor anymore. He was running the family business and thought he finally had the stability and safety to return as a husband and father. But Jan kept it hidden from Jinn, because you know how impulsive and hot-headed he is in the series.

Of course, Jinn and J ended up walking in on Jett and Jan together, and that’s when all the drama kicked off.

So here’s the twist: those “visions” J has? They’re actually memories from a past life. After the Jett and Jinn’s reunion, their life passed through so many tragedies, it was all bad and messy. I can't even tell all the events, but you remember J's visons, mostly Jinn's getting hurt.

In the first timeline, Jinn reacted impulsively and things went downhill fast, he rejected his father, stormed out with the car and crashed it, killing Jan that was in the passanger sit. Jinn himself never recovered from it. (If you notice in the series, Jinn and Jan are wearing the same outfits in both J's visions (Jinn arguing with his dad and the carcrash with Jan)

17 years later this encounter, J got this wish granted, wich was to “roll back” their life to when they were 20, like reloading a past checkpoint in a game. To start over.

So in this second chance, J already knew what was coming, so he tried to calm Jinn down. And this time, Jinn listened, because he trusted that J knew the future. J basically told him, “If you don’t keep it together, you’ll regret this forever.” So Jinn gave his dad another shot instead of letting history repeat itself.

(There’s way more to it, but that’s the gist you need to understand Jett & Jinn’s relationship. You'll see in the series ^-^)

I am bad at explaining things... so sorry if it is hard to understand. <3

This is my favorite series of all time, and I haven’t even finished it yet! I’ve already rewatched every episode at least five times on my own, plus another ten times through every reaction video I could find. It’s simply perfect, and the casting is outstanding. I don’t mind the continuity issues and I actually enjoyed the so-called ‘over-the-top’ sound effects that some people mention.

I’ve read the novel, and I’m thrilled that this adaptation turned out to be a softer, funnier version. For me, it’s a solid 10/10. Honestly, I don’t even care how it ends, the episodes I’ve seen so far have already made me so happy that my rating won’t change. <3

I’ve always loved Surf’s acting and wanted to see more of him, and here he is paired with Java. They’re absolute cuties and such a wonderful duo. And of course, SeaKeen are incredible as always, but Sea really shines in this one. I love that his character feels different from his previous roles. His smiles, teasing, and sassy expressions are fantastic. I hope to see him take on more varied characters like J, since we’ve already had so many introverted, calm, sweet roles from him, such as Kang and Mawin, and even in their upcoming series Weirdo101.

I’d also love to see SeaKeen and SurfJava in an action series. While watching 'Century of Love' with DaoOffroad and 'Two worlds' with MaxNat, I couldn’t help but imagine how amazing it would be to see both duos (SurfJava and SeaKeen) in that kind of setting. Of course, I plan to watch all of their series anyway!

I love the duo’s songs, but Sea’s voice feels like a gift from the universe, and his harmony with Keen is truly phenomenal.

I think Sorn was a major red flag all the way through till the end. I wish Jun had ended up with Jom instead, he’s much kinder and sweeter.

I really dislike the ‘I can’t control myself’ trope when it’s portrayed in such a forceful way, as Sorn did. Even after Jun told him he didn’t like it, Sorn kept acting for his own satisfaction, constantly trying to kiss Jun everywhere and anywhere.

That said, the casting was fantastic, and every actor delivered a great performance. I just couldn’t stand Sorn...

I’m excited to see BoatOat in another series, though I worry Boat’s character might not differ much from Sorn, whom I disliked. Sorn’s lack of self-control constantly hurt Jun, and I hope this time the ‘I can’t control myself’ trope isn’t portrayed in the same forceful way. <3
