Goodbye My Princess reminds me of The King's Woman. It has similar storyline. Female lead initially love someone who is not the male lead, which is more likely not "the real love" but because "habitual" reason (i don't know the term to describe it). Female lead then realize her true love is the male lead. Male lead, while he is also in love with the female lead, is "scary" person who has killed person closed to female lead and lie to female lead over and over again to obtain power. Not sure about the ending since the drama hasn't finished broadcasted, but according to the novel, the ending is similar as well, female lead decides to kill herself to "punish" the male lead.

The drama is good, the OST also good. I've watched the drama three times. I thought it will be just another idol drama, it turned out I was wrong. I've watched the drama with the same production team, My little princess, imo, Dear Prince is better. I'm waiting for another Zhang Yu Xi dramas. She is my new favs actress.

I'm Chang An team for sure, I really love the chemistry between Wan Mei and Chang An. It's quite surprising that a lot of people root for Wan Mei - Gong Zi instead. Until now, there are only two chinese dramas in which I support the second lead, Scarlet Heart ( yes, I root for Eight Prince) and Flame's Daughter ( I root for anyone except the male lead, I'm sorry Vic Zhou)

Lol, I think it's better to stop watching at episode 51. Ru Ge got the chemistry with other characters. I don't know what's wrong with YinXue n Ru Ge couple. Maybe the storyline was not enough to develop the chemistry between them.

I can't bring myself to love Yin Xue n Ru Ge couple. I think they lack of chemistry, imo even An Ye Luo n Ru Ge (An Ye Ming) couple has better chemistry.

Can't wait for the last two episodes. It's such a great show. My fav scene up until episode 48 is when TS gave an advice to the Emperor before he fell sick. Never thought that the conversation between the subject and the emperor will be that great. The actor who act as TS is really amazing. The one who act as an emperor also did a good job potraying the young immature emperor. My fav scene of the Emperor is when he got mad in front of his ministers when all of them couldn't come up with the solution of taking back the 10 areas from donghai.

The beginning of the drama makes me bored, but then I start to like it. It's surprising to see a lot of negative reviews since imo this drama is good. I love the ending so much because it's tragic, LoL.
Anyway, I conclude that the person that Li'er loves is Ying Zheng. She told Han Shen that she loves Ying Zheng and as far as I can remember, she never said that she loves Jing Ke.

I agree with number two :Qing Shi Huang Fei a.k.a Imperial Concubine. Love it. I just finished rewatching it and it still hurts me to watch Qi You and Fu Ya is separated again and again.

The ending is hurt but beautiful.

Wow, it's interesting to know about the fact that Star Wars is derived from RoCH. I never watched Star Wars but i know that it is so popular.

I also read the novels after finishing the drama, and now, i really hope there will be drama adaptation for Pillow Book as well.

After watching Eternal Love, I watched Swords of Legends because the casts are almost the same and it also xianxia but I am disappointed. Then, I watch another genre of dramas to stop myself from comparing the drama with Eternal Love.

I agree with you. I also enjoy watch c-historical drama more than korean counterpart. As for modern drama, I may prefer Taiwan ones, such as In Time With You, The Way We Were or Fated to Love You. However recently, c-modern drama such as Ode to Joy become one of my favorites as well.

I just watched her movie Where are All the time. I think it was from 2015 but it was not in the list of her movie. Dylan Kuo is her co star in the movie.
