Tell me about it. I recently finished Healer and I feel like life has no meaning! I usually find a little relief in watching award ceremonies, for some reason (the award ceremonies for that drama obviously). Apart from that, I start another drama in order to move on, and that kinda helps too, but the thing is, the drama that comes next always suffers from the comparison. I'm glad you wrote this article, it's comforting to know that I'm not the only one and there is a light at the end of the tunnel! xD <3
Sooo I really loved this drama and I never even remotely thought it was draggy or anything, but seeing as I'm the only one who did, and that literally everyone else hated it, I'm starting to question my sanity lolol. Then again, de gustibus, right? ^^ I was so excited to watch it. <3 Also Sung Joon was awesome I'm so glad they chose him to portray a complex character like that. My love for Hyun Bin knows no boundaries, now more than ever, he was flawless as always <3
Some scenes were very original and I loved Nikaido Fumi's performance (I knew I'd seen her somewhere, I just saw she was in Mirai Nikki and Brain Man) but overall it was too coarse and extreme for my taste.
It's been almost a year since I've watched this drama and I'm still thinking about it and being in awe. I have a few all-time favorites, but if someone who has never watched a drama before asked me to suggest them what to watch first, I would say Gaksital. Definitely. Because it's epic. Because there has never been and there will never be another drama like Gaksital. Ever.
I signed up for a light rom-com, not for a tour into the deepest forests of the human mind? oh well, nothing to complain about, it was delightful! And the extra scene melted my heart!
Also the cast of Producer is stellar *_*
