At first I wasn't really sure if I'll watch this one since I can't really watch any Ji Chang Wook drama (aside from Empress Ki). But I'm a big fan of Shin Hye Sun, so I don't want to miss this drama. The story is heart-warming and funny. Though it made me cry more than laugh honestly. (All of the them were so good at crying. Literally ALL)
Also I love that they didn't really focus on Samdal getting revenge because then the premise of the story would be pointless.
Overall, for me it was great. Though, I was kinda surprised to see some JCW fan thinks he doesn't do well in this kind of genre. Haha I think whenever I see clips about this drama, some fans would be hating on him for doing this type of drama. Honestly, I think this type of drama suits him well. I love how he has this manly aura but kind of soft-spoken, like boyfriend material.
