@Risky I wanted it raw so I have no idea what they’re saying but from the look of it, XY leaves the island with AF and I’m guessing they’re gonna go find the treasure everyone is after. They stayed overnight a cute little hotel with a festival going on and went onto the rooftop to eat and drink and had small conversations. From there you can tell the sorrow they feel, maybe knowing XY have little time left?

Princess agents didn’t have the best production quality either and it did very well. So I’m not sure why people are so upset. Just enjoy the characters and the plot line. If the story is not good enough for you than there’s many other dramas to watch. In my personal opinion the plot line does get better after 26 episodes. You sort of just have to wait it out or skim through it like I did.
XY said "Long time no see" which ZF replied I see you all the time, only you do not see me. In the novel timeline…

Ah gotcha ya. The story was so slow in the beginning I wonder now how they’re gonna put everything in next 10 episodes
I just watched episode 37 and 38 and it s so good. I feel bad for both of them :( you can see how sad they both are but each have to act brave
