hey so i kinda wanna watch but after reading the comments im discouraged to. so i watched the last episode and even though i know nothing of the plot really i understand the hate. can anyone tell me what episode i should stop watching?

just wondering as i just randomly came across this but does this have anything to do with please love me because his character has the same name.

ya idk smth about the comments really hightened my expetations. esp the guy that said dont bother with the korean remake. i watched that first and ya they added a lot of extra plot but like idt this one was better, act i think i lliked that one more. they liked each other right away maybe that was the point but then like that ending. i see what they wanted but idk not a fan.

i wish they just made it that he got better instead of leading that he died. like it made no sense had he act died but the back n forth thing was not it either. like an example with uncontrollably fond people were sad but it was 100% expected like it makes complete sense but if he had died here it would've seemed like an extra plot device (in my opinion).

no hahaha idk y i was confused. but its cause King Eternal Monarch maybe uk like kingom of korea. idk if u havent watched it i recomend

i LOVeEE the refrences made. it's so fun and intresting and it makes me hapy that ik where their from. (rather than the usual lead explains how a typical plot goes, they act recreate scenes.)

only sad/dissapointed thing for me was that the kids never found out it was him. :( like they never realized how much their dad helped them. like in the movie at least they did uk? (i mean still liked the drama. twas good)

okay like im not even hating at the ending the story just had no plot development. LIke the characters go forward and backwards in their story arc and it makes no sense. i can kinda see the writers want to see like the ML going though a downfall (maybe?) idrk but it just didnt work the way they wanted to. like them trying to make an existential-esque ending but then because it made no sense had no effect. 10/10 would NOT recomened

ya omg same after i watched it i wanted to unwatch just because my heart sank too much. it stayed like that for like a week (which is soo weird cuse i usually forget sad endings quickly). i understand realistic endings but like ig im just more of a happy ending type gal

This is my first time ever writing anything. Like i purposefully made an account just to say this. Like i've always never wanted to just because it took effort but i always like to read these and see if anyone has same opinions as me, and im a little schocked no one said anything. But in the last episode idk why but i had a feeling when the FL was going to speak to the mom that she would use the scene from crazy rich asians... and OMG she fn did. like ofc not word for word but basically. Like exactly same format everything. I just thought i wanted to point that out, not hating on it or anything but no one else said anything about it.
