if you still haven’t watched somewhere somehow, what are you waiting for?!
this series is absolutely beautiful!! such a feel-good show to watch. the cinematography, acting, production, script, and transitions are all so well done!the friendship between kie and pock is one of the best parts. you can really feel how deeply they care for each other, not just as best friends but like real siblings. pock’s support for kie was incredible 😭 total friendship goals. honestly, they might be the best friendship i’ve seen in a gl series so far.
and the faymay chemistry? 1000000000000/10. finally!!! they were able to show their chemistry here — something that didn’t really come through in dream gl for some viewers because of how poorly executed that series was. their scenes together are so heart-fluttering 😭 both of them acted so well!! natural, expressive, and completely engaging.
and those scenes where kie cries??? my gosh, fay was amazing! especially knowing that kie isn’t the type to cry easily, yet when it comes to peem, her emotions just overflow 😭 fay completely nailed the comedic timing too! her facial expressions whenever peem gets jealous are hilarious! and may’s crying scenes are on another level 🥹 when she cries, you can really feel her pain. she’s so good at showing raw emotion 😭
i don’t even see fay and may when i watch the show, i see kie and peem from the novel. they portrayed their characters so well and truly gave them justice 🥹
this series is so worth watching. there’s never a dull or boring moment (especially with pock and kie around lol!).
