Wait, am I remembering incorrectly, or has it always been like this? Wasn't Hu Yi Xuan's name first in the cast…
Originally, YBY was the female lead and had top billing. LXY might have been second billed. kisskh usually lists the top-billed actors first, so it showed YBY first, followed by LXY. Then came the scandal, and YBY was banned from the Chinese entertainment industry. The producers hired HYX as a replacement, and after the change, HYX became second to LXY. However, kisskh replaced YBY’s profile with HYX, which temporarily showed HYX above LXY until the drama aired. LXY’s fans on kisskh were not happy that HYX was listed above LXY. Therefore, they requested that kisskh changed to have LXY first on the list of the actors in the order of the current official top billing.
Nothing is of this would have happen if HongNing is more patience and slowly practice to attainment and not take…
She died while crossing the Jade Pool, causing her camellia form to dissipate. She was then reincarnated as a human and could no longer return to her camellia form. However, she continued to cultivate in order to ascend to immortality. Jinxiu constantly reminded her to cultivate so she could become immortal.
I saw some previous scenes, and it feels like a long roller coaster ride. With one click, it looked like Jinxiu killed her human parents. What a ride this is going to be for everyone!
There is a phrase in this preview that repeats itself. You promise to protect her, but who will protect you? (And…
I dint understand what you mean she didn't show love and tenderness towards him. In the dramas, she said many times she liked and loved him. She confessed her feelings towards him first. She couldn't protect him because she was just low ranking Immortal.

The production showed us their love story and how it began. It was clear that Jinxiu truly loved her; therefore, it made sense for him to sacrifice himself for her. He lived a dull life, and she brightened it with her crazy antics. In the book, I didn’t really understand their love story—maybe it comes in later as a flashback. However, in the beginning, she confessed that she wanted to be his queen, and he kept telling her to cultivate to achieve immortality. There wasn’t much depth or length to their love story in the early chapters. While reading, I couldn’t understand why he would go to such lengths to help her. He never actually said he loved her in any of the chapters I’ve read so far, but he kept appearing to help her in dangerous situations.
When Kunlun and Hongning were imprisoned in the painting, Hongning kept asking if there was a shortcut for counting the petals. Kunlun told her something about counting at night—something along those lines. So she ended up counting the flower petals. Later on, after Kunlun and Hongning got out, there was a scene where the two brothers were chatting; Kunlun mentioned that Hongning was smart—she had figured out a way to count the petals. Kunlun cast a vision, showing something to Jinxiu—but I wasn’t exactly sure what it was. Does anyone know what Kunlun showed Jinxiu in that vision?
According to a pic I've posted up there, its ratings are improving and it's currently ranked at number 3 according…
Glad to hear that. If anyone has a chance go to this blogger Kalolaplayground.com and share your views to fight for our girl. The blogger said she started first episode and couldn't past it. Viewers have to give time for character development. The blogger even commented that HXY is not ready for leading role.

In the book, it was described that she was naive and carefree until her non-biological brother and master were killed — that was when she began to fight back. There wasn’t much of a timeline for her Red Camellia life in the book; it only lasted for one or two chapters. In the drama adaptation, however, her Red Camellia life was portrayed at length.
I have two more questions about which I would love to discuss. 1. What's the deal with the fox that Jinxiu saved…
I'm not sure how the fox character will be portrayed in the drama adaptation. In the book, he was the Immortal Goddess that Jinxiu was supposed to marry to brother. He was a villain who tried to harm Hongning and ended up killing Kunlun.
I haven't read far enough to get to the white Camellia character. Not sure if this character existed in the book.
I wonder why there no live promote like other drama
Maybe not popular enough for MangoTV to promote it lives. It's kind of sad. I remember HYX drama The Sleepless Princess, which was produced by MangoTV. The leads were brought to do a live promotion and they sang the theme song together on stage.
I read on this blogger Kalolaplayground that this drama got poorly received by Chinese viewers. I just wonder how it's doing in China. I don’t go to Weibo or Chinese other platforms to know read information about the drama because i don’t know Chinese. I'm bummed. I thought it was good for my standard.
