I have heard, but I'm not sure if it's true, that people rate it before it airs to place it in a certain spot…
but that's what we have the priority settings for. I don't know, it just really bothers me.

Title My Secret Terrius Spoiler
I think the reason I don't enjoy this as much as others is because there is nothing for me to relate to. While at the beginning, I enjoyed to see how a mother was struggling to care and provide for her kids, we now just a have a bunch of characters we don't know anything about.
We only know of Bon's tragic past and Ae Rin's tragic present but that's it for anything about all of the other characters so far. I do understand that since this evoles around a crime mystery they try to keep the characters a mystery themselves but at the same time there are a lot of characters that don't even have the chance to suddendly turn into the bad guy and I feel quite unsatisfied because I catch myself not caring for anybody except the kids.
Also, with the whole dead husband situation, I find it a bit disturbing that Ae Rin is supposed to fall for Bon so quickly now. I mean, how much time did even pass? It didn't even feel like half a year. I mean, everybody morns different but we saw her cry once and the moment Bon became the sitter, everything was just fine for her then. And how can't you tell your kids that their father passed away? I do understand that you want to give them time, but how much time does she want to take? It's not like they just divorced, he's dead. What use would it be to tell them their father died when the writer just wants to replace the father role with Bon?

Rather than the ratings I don't understand how people review a drama they didn't complete or drop, because while you can easily even out your rating, who goes back and changes or deletes their review which they wrote in the beginning or in the middle when the drama turned out to disappoint them?
I see it too often that currently airing dramas at ep 4 or so get a rated review of a 10, but those reviews are of no quality at all because they can't tell me anything about the drama overall, can't even tell me if the reviewer found it to be worth to re-watch and so on. Those reviews mostly just fit to be added as a comment.

Great Article!!! Comments to me are more important than the rating, I love debating and sometimes found myself…
Well, if you feel that at ep 8 a drama is epic or a fail but you are still watching, then why can't you rate it. Like the article said, most people even out their rating once they completed the drama, so it only really shows by currently airing titles at that time.
Personally I'd be shocked if I went on the MLD site of a currently airing drama and there wouldn't be any ratings that could show me how other viewers are overall feeling about it.

I usually only watch dramas rated about 8.2 or so because I just want to save time. after years of watching I realized how my taste fit into the ratings and usually don't enjoy anything under 8 that much. It's different for currently airing dramas because I don't binge watch them, so it's easiert to not drop them.
tho, sometimes I am very interested in a drama that is rated quite lowly for my opinion but considering that some of my favourites also have shockingly low ratings in my opinion, I then go and read reviews and comments.

Personally I find LotBS very overrated, perfect example of a drama that I dropped and would've overall probably rate with a 6 or 7

Am I the only one who found it a bit boring?
I mean, it was still cute and all that but I feel like they really dragged out to reveal the uncle mystery and most eps just felt too similar to me.
Also, I cannot believe that they just killed the uncle off. With all the things Seo Ri had lost, I feel like they could've just make the uncle less nice but keep him alive. It is also not really explained why the aunt just abandoned Seo Ri tho her husband asked her to look over her. I mean she only had to visit her a few times and leave her contact info, it's not that hard. But well.

[Am I the only one who knows of the reunion of Shin Hye Sun and Shim Yi Young? they previously worked together as sister-in-laws in Five Enough. I find it funny how Shim Yi Young is supposed to be much older here now.]

I love and I hate how stiff Lee Soo Yeon's body language is but I gotta say that it's such an impressive acting skill because I've seen Lee Ye Hoon in other dramas where he radiates such a different aura.

Review Meteor Garden
A M E N. I watched like half the show and I struggeld through every single ep and honestly, I think if the majority would hate them for their abusive and dumb behaviour as much as I do, then maybe I could've finished it just to drag the show but people are really romanticizing all this dragging and controlling as if it's cute.

Soooo I guess they're just gonna get married now because they literally kissed once.

Lol, imagine you'd have to marry every guy you kissed in this life.

I have a few issues with this so far.1. Why is Kluay's manager so absent minded? How can she not suspect Ploy…
A M E N.

I fell in love with your comment.

One of the best family dramas I've seen .. good story with all likeable characters, no love triangles just some…

I hate them all. so far there is no character I am really invested in because they are all kind of very dumb.
