1. so did Zhuang Zhixing actually lie to Zang Hai before and tell him that the third enemy was the Queen of Dongxia when he knew it was Zhao Bingwen? So he was already working for Zhao Bingwen back then and only switched back to the good side when Zang Hai tells him that he helped get revenge on his father the Marquis? 2. what does the Gui Seal do? It's poison that gives the infected healing powers but also makes them crazy? 3. How did the Emperor die? Was it because of the Gui Seal poison or something or did Zhao Bingwen secretly kill him at night then pin it on Zang Hai? 4. I wonder why Zang Hai doesn't go back to using his old name. It's a tad weird that Antu still calls him that when Zhao Bingwen named him that right?
1. any tiny misunderstandings between the ML/FL are resolved within practically the same episode 2. No romance at all not even a "moment" between Yin Zheng and Yuan Ying (THANK GOODNESS) 3. Hao Jia did not turn evil (I was so scared she'd be jealous of everyone's "perfect lives/husbands" compared to hers and turn jealous and evil towards Li Wei) 4. Fangru and Hao Jia becoming besties??? I love that. Fangru was very much Hao Jia's rock in that place without her I don't think Hao Jia would've survived. I was pleasantly surprised especially the way they introduced Fangru lol 5. So much self reflection and being better (lolol I was so surprised where they took the 2nd Prince) 6. A good amount of episodes (maybe 4?) to wrap things up and have peaceful, happy, sweet, romantic moments 7. The King is surprisingly a good ruler??? Not a good father but a good ruler lolol 8. the servants had minds of their own/opinions and didn't blindly follow their master lol. like the 3rd Prince An's servant lol
I wouldn't have minded more scenes of cute doki doki scenes between Junho and Youngwoo. cuz omg I am in love with his smile and his gentleness such a green flag. Plus woooo he looked so good throughout the whole drama, his stylist knew what they were doing with his outfits he always looked amazing XD <333 and so cute at times i noticed their clothes matched each other
