The emotional whiplash EP9 brought...*sigh* I know it was coming but the line delivery (they totally nailed it) and the scenes that lead to that are so well done that I really felt it. I'm so hurt for Thyme and Gorya :(
Dropping by to write my weekly "I LOVE THIS VERSION SO FREAKING MUCH!" Also, can anyone confirm if the company Gorya's father was working with is a reference to Shan Cai (TW, CN) and Jan Di (KR)? XD
i love the scene where ren asks how thyme feels fighting f4, and thyme saying that it sucked. thyme doesn’t…
I too loved that scene. I really like that there's a lot of communication between the characters. That they express their feelings and it makes us, the audience, understand how their bond is.
Just dropping by to say , I really love this adaptation (I might say this weekly since so far I really really do love it). Also, adding that: -Thyme's mom looks so scary and intimidatingggg! -Thyme and Gorya's confrontation, when he almost hit her. Damn, Thyme was real scary there. Like if I were Gorya, I'd run as fast as I can or I might've frozen and peed my pants hah
Wait, what amnesia part?? I don't know about it. Is it in the original version? Also, was it in Meteor Garden??…
Yeah this is correct. It's the other way around. The amnesia plot in the Japanese version was in Season 2 for around 2 episodes only. It was the Taiwanese version's season 2 that revolved around the amnesia plot and didn't really reference the original HYD anymore.
Meow, meow. I'm just gonna focus on that one for now. Hihi. PS: The cast live tweeting is quite adorable. The interactions between Tu and Bright especially. Okay, here's to another week of waiting T_T
I'm really liking this version of Hana Yori Dango, I think this one is my favorite adaptation even though it isn't…
She might be in the basketball team. In her locker, there's a picture of (presumably her) holding a ball and when she scrolled past her IG feed, a photo of her in a jersey was shown.
I liked that we got to see Kaning at her school, and meet her dad. I know it was mostly the PPL setup, but I liked…
Hahaha now it's in my head too! I remember using Yearning Heart (BOF's OST) as my alarm for the whole of 2009 lmao. I love OSTs, but sometimes I think they're overused in some KDramas heh
I'm gonna say it again: the way they flesh out the characters is so good. All the characters seem relevant and not just for visual or background noise. I watch more KDramas and I'm so used to scenes like having an OST background in every second and minute but it's really refreshing that it's minimal here, especially with the special/important moments.
Also, my weekly "THIS VERSION IS SO DAMN GOOD".

Does anyone know if the movie/special is subbed somewhere? All I can find are rawsㅠㅠ
