Regarding the DJ scene. I agree that he was out of line and was absolutely rude. However, dismissing it as totally unrealistic doesn't seem right. Maybe something similar happened to someone somewhere and perhaps it just didn't make it to mainstream news. After all, the program where Jenna is in is called "FUNNY TALK" (+failed idols topic) and the audience probably dismissed it as humor, which doesn't really sit well with me either way.

It reminded me of Kim Gura though. The K-MC/radio host/comedian with previous problematic incidences (not sure how he is lately). I tried to search the articles and found some for reference:

Get together like officially dating? Hmm, around 7-8, they're quite there. They're a couple but no label-ish. But out open dating, EP14. Breakup, none (and I hope there won't be one). Probably better if you watch it though. The moments and scenes leading up to them dating are pretty wonderful XD

No doubt about that. It's not that I want an entire episode about them. It's that we can't deny that they were quite significant for Ha Ram's character, especially when a huge part of the plot revolved around him planning their revenge. But anyway, it is what it is. It was still a good watch.

That part was quite self-explanatory. It was about Ha Ram (Ilwolseong) and his Wolseongdang supporters. Ha Ram was their leader and they all wanted revenge towards the current royal family. Moo Young died and we haven't even heard what his motivations for revenge is, Mae Hyang's (the kisaeng) too. Though if this is an arc that is supposedly for a season 2 then there's that. As I said in my initial comment, I truly did enjoy it. Just that there are some parts that I wish they could've explained more.

Oh I totally understood the concept. But there are parts of the stories that were just glossed over, like Ha Ram and his people at Wolseongdang.

The scene where Cheon Gi was saying goodbye to her father. It was supposed to be sad but because of the unedited version where the father just backed away instead of fading away, it became...hilarous omg :O

Same. It's still generally a good watch and I loved their chemistry. It was perfect for a weekly watch. Not sure binge watchers will say the same. Still a 9/10 for me too.

Overall, I enjoyed it. I guess it's because I didn't really fully invest myself in it. Two hours a week whenever. The most exciting part was the painting competition. Agreeing that there are too many loose ends, most especially surrounding Ha Ram and his revenge buddies. Because "my eyes, my eyes" have been repeatedly spoken by Ma Wang, it's the most memorable line for me hahaha! PLUS I'll never forget the uncut/unedited version, VIKI. LMAO that took me by surprise.

OMG, I almost lost it when I saw the unedited cut! T___T

Enjoyed the pilot. Definitely piqued my interest.

EP14... The MCs gave me a headache. Haha! 2 episodes left, right? Oh, how time flies...
