I have to say that when you're a beginner in the asian world everyone seems like a doppelganger. xD
But although now looking at it some seem to be forced, there are some that are REALLY similar! The ones that still make me think twice would be 'Big Bang's TOP and Kim Woo Bin' and 'SHINee's Taemin and EXO-K's Kai'.
But I guess when you get used to them you can distinguish them, so since I'm not really into B1A4 I also confuse them everytime I watch a new MV or something...xD

Ghost and Iris? Ok, but I guess I'll have to watch them first before telling them. :3

I need to start studying my friends. xD
I actually just recently discover that the girlfriend of one of my friends (one that also likes anime but not for as long as 6 years) also started watching anime, different ones from her boyfriend. And I planning on introducing her to dramas. Hope it'll work. :p
But yes, having mainly male friends does not help. lol

Thanks for the friend request. Accepted. :p
It's not that I denied it, all my fans know I'm crazy for dramas and asian music is just that I like to think for myself that I am not that addicted. xD
You managed to convert friends?! How? Tell me why! I've been trying for at least 4 years and failing. I only managed to convert five of my best friends (all boys) about 6 years ago to anime after showing them naruto. xD

I have never actually used this as food for though. The thing is, Iljins or bullies or whatever they're called in the respective country are a reality and something that has been a constant presence in movies and series worldwide. So I need not to watch KD to watch this. I remember when I was a bit younger and 50 cent and other rappers where really popular in my school there was also a polemic concerning this and specially after the 8mile movie with Eminem. Over the time it just stopped being a topic because there was no proof that those people that loved this musicians wanted to start robbing like its said on the lyrics or if it was more the other way around.
I think it goes the same for KD. I think everyone that watches this knows it's bad and reproves of it. Even if you end up falling with the character it's not like you approve of it. I speak for myself.

I can say luckily I still have some immunity. Well, maybe it's the fact that my University life doesn't let me…
You're totally changing the way I viewed my disease. could it be I was in denial phase? :p

I can say luckily I still have some immunity. Well, maybe it's the fact that my University life doesn't let me…
LOL you got a point. It's true I do have at least half of the symptoms above, but it's just that my life does not allow me to become more sick. Ok, let's say I'm immune to severe cases. Since even if I spend Sunday watching dramas I have to spend the rest of the week studying with only one episode or two episodes during the rest of the week. :3

Okay, I really like Enrique cuteness, but in these episodes Jin Rak totally killed me. xD Not because of all the mysteries that seem to surround him but because of his akwardly funny behavior. xD

I can say luckily I still have some immunity. Well, maybe it's the fact that my University life doesn't let me have much free time that lets my defenses come up from time to time. :p
I totally loved this article. Good work! : )
Just one thing, it may be only that it's only my research on the field, but I do think that JDV were actually the first to reveal its virulence and the first cases of pandemics. Recently, KDV become more virulent and powerful, but it's relevant to notice that an individual that at first was only exposed to JD became more susceptible of infection to KD.
(Yes, don't mean to be rude but I just wanted to say that before KD, JD were already much popular, the same applies to K-pop, but that's another story. :p)

I think that Ohno is actually the only Arashi member whose all dramas I've watched. Shame on me a Matsujun biased fan. :/
But yes, Ohno started acting late but when he started he totally showed he has great talent. :)

I really liked those movies, though I'm not a fan of bloody things. you can go through that cause the story is…
If you really are a fan then yes, watch it. Then if you don't I don't think it's that useful imo. xD It's like watching LOTR extended version. The story is the same, just that's there's a journalist who is observing and looking into what's happening.

I can't believe how similar my experience was...XD My first jdrama was also HanaKimi. I was first an anime addict and after watching OuranHSHC I googled for more anime with the inverse harem theme and I found HanaKimi, live action. And the I looked for more Ikuta Toma dramas and I ended up watching HanaDan. I fell in love with Matsumoto Jun and after the all series I became an Arashi fan and decided to watch more drama where Arashi members starred. I much later decided to watch the korean version Boys over Flowers because I was not sure if I wanted another different language but it was the one who started my kdrama addition...:3

Is it just me that thinks that there are way too many awards? :/ Nothing against it, I know that the kdrama industry…
Still, even inside the station they could put a limit to the awards, maybe that way there would not be awards for rookies like that. xD
Then I'm glad here it's only one ceremony that awards from news covers to soap operas and things don't get overrated that way.

Thank you for the article!! It's really fun to see who won :D Queen In Hyuns man didn't win anything though :(
That's because it was aired in TvN...:/ Still, the best for me...:p
HeyitsEst Jan 21, 2013
Is it just me that thinks that there are way too many awards? :/ Nothing against it, I know that the kdrama industry is quite large, maybe is just because I'm not used to it in my countries, but I just think that with these many awards they will lose their value. Like having ten best rookies or having best actors overall and then for each category. Just my opinion though...:3

Ok, can I say that the only thing I agree is QIHM for best kiss and best romance? :/ Ok, at least for the best bromance A Gentleman's Dignity should have won. But well, it's a democracy, voting counts..xD
HeyitsEst Jan 9, 2013
I have to agree with you, to outdo GIHM is a bit too difficult...:p But that's definitely something that makes me want to watch it, so it's not bad publicity. But if it turns out to be a big disappointment I'll be really sad.
