The plot has a different angle towards the 'time travel' of previous mini series I watched. One thing that really bothers me is the FL. I've seen her previous works. It's been acceptable. I liked her and Yang Ze in Emperor or Boss. However, I feel that she's not the one for this role. She looks like a little dumpling, a round face, and clothes that makes her look so roly-poly. But, it's watchable to pass the time.
It's a bittersweet ending imo. Bitter, cos they only have 7 days to live, and then they die (even though not shown…
Yes. Very bittersweet ... but very touching. Thank you for explaining the ending. I get confused on many endings. I'm glad that you and Dedra70 took the time to respond. I'll probably finish it in a day or two once I start it on MANGOTV. I'm trying to wrap up the ML other mini series.
Thank you. I'll watch the complete series after I finish the ML's other mini series. However, I did cheat and checked out the first episode. I like it. Although, many of us rather have a HE....but life is never perfect. Sometimes, sad endings reminds us to cherish what we do have.
Enjoyed this. Different plot. No 'love/marriage' contract, time travel (only past memories), or a conniving boyfriend or greedy sister. Another look at how one deals with immense grief and guilt of a loved one. ML-Cheng Yu Feng caught my eye in 'Yes, My Majesty".
I watched it on https://www.duboku.tv/ Searched it with : 江湖絕色錄 However, it's only in Chinese. No subs . I think eventually, #25 will come out. I waited 2 months on one particular series for the last 2 episodes.
Thanks ... I searched around. There is a #25, the last episode. I watched it on a Chinese website. It's been almost 2 weeks since #24 came out. Anyhow, #25 = Happy ending.
Special Episode 25 (alternate reality- what if, These characters could restart their lives )What if life gave…
I agree. Their lives were entwined with each other. It was then, everyone was pre-destined to their fate. They spent seven years to get justice. In the end, it was still a bittersweet victory with sacrifices. This is a very nice "what if" ending. Actually, it pained me more seeing how things could had been different.... I guess life is just not perfect.
Watched through episode 5. So far, it is enjoyable. However, I noticed that they are using simplified Chinese characters in this series. Such an oversight!
I'm glad I came here and read this. Finally know what happened to 'Kuaishou' on YT. Thanks for their link.
Sorry. I searched for it and cannot find even the raw version. However, you may try to send a comment to whichever site you're following on. I had been left hanging without the last 3 episodes of "Cheng Zhu Da Ren Qing Shi Du (2023)]" for over a month]. I finally sent a comment asking to please upload the last 3. A few days later, they did. Good luck.
Can someone tell me if it's a complete and happy or sad ending? Thanks.
