A few. Sweet ones ...not some of the passionate ones you may see in other dramas. There is one funny? cute? scene (ep.11) where they wanted to consummate their marriage, but wasn't able to. *Spoiler - however, they did in ep. 16.
Thanks for the observations about music. I value it in dramas, and slow pace does not bother me, so after looking…
Hahaha. Thanks for sharing the links. I never watched the originals. But I did check both links. Cannot beat old gems. Those are golden classics! The music, the sets, dance routines ... Of course, I also liked the songs and bgm of the aboved-mentioned Chinese dramas. I purchased most of those songs ... no regrets. I can be stubborn. I spent a couple of months looking for a bgm on ‘Put Your Head on My Shoulder'. Found it and still gloating over it.

Near the end, so-called love triangle was one part of a plan to help the male lead overcome his anxiety, guilt and to open up his feelings. They wanted to show that regardless of how miniscule a matter is ... that it can cause deep trauma to a child. This is why he is so stoic in most parts of the drama. He is so wracked with guilt that he stays emotionless to avoid it.
do you happen to know the songs in ep 5 at minute 9:30? It's not instrumental..I cant seem to find the song on…
The first 2 did not work - same "Video Unavailable". Don't know why. The last one is fine. I'm going to dl it before it 'dissappears'. Many thanks for sharing ...
Overall, I enjoyed this series. Yes, It is slow paced compared to other dramas. And the first of many previous dramas that I did not fast forwarded. I felt it allowed us to enjoy the idyllic scenery, absorb the storyline, and relax. At times, you can feel the warmth of caring, friendship, dedication and love. I liked the 'sayings' that appears (once in a while) on the side. It made me think. Nothing is perfect. Rermember, it's a drama. We watch it for entertainment. If not, you should opt in to watch documentaries. It's one of those things ..... either you'll like it or maybe not.
It had been mentioned on one of the comments that one of the songs played is : Classic River from the Korean Movie - The Classic. Another relaxing piece is of a guitar and string quartet (John Carlo Dwyer & Mordechai Ferber) : Love Light Shining
*Spoiler - however, they did in ep. 16.
