someone clarify the weird nun for me. she's jiyong's biological's mother's friend, right? but she liked the chairman…
I wish someone could clarify the nun for us too because she seems to be the key. We probably won't know her story until the end. I keep wondering about the purse and papers she locked away in that cupboard. Why did she look so gleeful about it? There's something not right about her. Its as if she's standing back and carefully watching everyone.
Let's face it, episode 2 was just plain sleazy! I'm so disappointed. I'm losing faith and starting to hate everyone involved. I wish they hadn't done this to the series. It was so good before this.
Has anyone else noticed how everyone connected over time with the old man has anger management issues? And how much of his life has been spent manipulating women? It's pretty much pay back time for him. He's going to have to see the mess he created.
While we are made to hate Ji Yong because let's face it he is pretty despicable we are also led to pity him for his emotionally deprived life. I'm really curious to see how the writers will make this play out. It was obvious from the beginning that the women had a common bond. Where will that leave him? ... Dead? This could be quite devastating to the child. The complications are endless. Wow! Makjang. I love it!
Jung Hoon is a domineering and controlling person. He never offers kindness and sympathy but expects it always for himself. I sincerely hope Young Shin doesn't end up with him because she would never be happy.
I'm really enjoying seeing all the traditional cooking in the recent episodes ( after all it is all about "A Good Supper" with the main underlying theme being the comfort of food and sharing that comfort. ) The relationships all revolve around that theme. Thank you to the writers for this!
Not many people seem to like this but I 'm enjoying it very much. I've watched dozens of dramas. I really like…
I watched it until the end and looked forward to it every day. You can probably see by the ratings and the comments here that most people really didn't like it. I never felt that way. It has a happy ending. As for the romance; it's slow to develop and gets better over time. The male lead is really cute and quite devoted in a good way to the female lead. He sticks by her and is really on her side. Her kids are charming as well. She has a hard time and doesn't stick up for herself. That's mostly why people didn't like it. Good luck with it.
Good luck with it.
