The reason why he keeps her with him is due to a curse. Like if she gets hurt in any way he feels it too which is quite dangerous for him in case she ends up in a life threatening situation. So he has no choice but to be stuck with her and monitor her every move. Also he can feel her emotions too cuz of the curse. And yeah it is indeed slow burn but you can easily tell quite early on that affections were starting to build up slowly without even them realising it. Please do watch it till the end. This drama for me holds a special place even till now.

Done rewatching without skipping any eps and tell me why it still hurts even after 3 years ?? Bawled my eyes out for these two and the love they had for each other. Their love was intense, selfless and painful in the most beautiful way . It made me yearn to have such strong feelings for someone in this lifetime. Made me question if I'll ever experience a love like this in the future. A love that deep, that consuming, that willing to do anything for the other person. LBFD, I'll come back to you in another 3 years, ready to feel all that pain and love all over again. Till then BYE to our Orchid and Dongfang.

Coming back after 3 years!! Watched it way back while I was working on my MA dissertation and it helped me SOOOO much in keeping me sane !! Now I'm working on my PhD thesis and here I go..hoping to keep me sane this time too! This drama will always hold a special place in my heart.

Yes, his acting was top notch in today's eps. And they both have amazing chemistry!!! That scene where he was crying and the FL hugged him...my god...I love how he shows this side of him only towards her.
