I used to be obsessed with k-dramas and I'm sure I've watched over 200. I still do watch k-dramas but not as often anymore, and my fav k drama of all time is "Queen of Tears" and I barely could finish a k drama ever since it ended. Also my fav k-actress or my "first love" is Kim Jiwon. I switched to c-dramas in late 2024 after watching "Only for Love" and discovered Bailu and became obsessed with her because of "Moonlight Mystique" and also got into c-dramas. I binged watch all her dramas in 3 weeks during finals and I think I've watched most of her dramas at least 4 times. Currently, my new obsession is Dilraba. I discovered her with "You are my Glory" and it became my fav modern romance c drama then later discovered her in "Love on the Turquoise Land" and I couldn't move on from Nie Jiulou. Then "Love Beyond the Grave" aired, then it and He Simu is on my mind 24/7 and im not even joking like I binged watched 8 of her dramas+movie in less than two weeks. I easily get attached to dramas and its character. But I don't stan male actors or characters at all. I usually choose my fav actresses based on the personality and diversity. Currently my fav actresses are Lulu, Reba and Jiwon because they're very down-to earth and humble. Also you can clearly see that they can act, they're versatile and unproblematic. I can be quite biased with my opinion if it's my fav since im a casual watcher but im trying to be unbiased right now. I don't hate or dislike anyone so I don't just casually down vote a drama. If its rated lowly, its simply because I didn't enjoy or it didn't meet my expectations. I think you can clearly tell that im a drama geek and a certified yapper loll. I watch all different genres but my least fav genre and type might be modern and romance comedy for c-dramas.
