I have low expectations considering the director and his track record of screwing up his shows. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the pacing and vibes of the first episode. There are some flaws and awkward camera angles, yes, but it was the best out of all his shows I’ve watched. At some point, I was even questioning if he was the director of this show because he’s not ruining it somehow. I hope the quality improves and does not degrade as more episodes air. 🤞🏻
I 1000000% agree with your first point! It was so unnecessary to write it that way after they had that incredible…
I was also expecting she’d be open to date him again but she looks like she was forced to due to the circumstances. Thyme just wanted to take the chance. I guess he was panicking since Ren came back and he was not even close to winning her heart (although I think Baby Thyme you are so close. You just need to be patient).

Just try looking at the situation in his perspective… yes Gorya told him that she does not feel the same way about him… but why lie to him about meeting Ren unless there is something going on between the two of you and you don’t want the other person to know. You told your best friend (in this case, Ren) that you like this certain girl and the next thing you knew he was hugging the daylights out of her. If I was in his position, I’d be jealous too. And side note, what Ren said about dating Gorya behind Thyme’s back also comes off as an immaturity (even if it’s just a joke. Why would you even think of that? He’s your best friend! And the girl has a crush on you. You’re giving her a heart attack). The truth is, everyone needs to grow up. Although Thyme has a long way to go, at least he was trying to be the best version of himself. I’m excited for the next episodes to see their development. Let’s move on from this. 😅😂

Thyme was trying to explain to Gorya his reasons for punching Tesla but she did not listen. Ren was acting suspicious. Thyme asked Ren about his problems but he told him it was nothing (they are best friends for so many years and Thyme actually reached out to him). Gorya lied to him about meeting Ren twice. He was far away so he might not have heard Gorya and Ren’s convo. In his point of view, they betrayed his trust. When you are hurt, you do and say things without thinking. 😩😭

Yes, he squints in some parts. Haha. That I’m very much aware. I don’t think he’s trying to cry. It’s not required in those parts as I’ve seen in the past versions. He’s good in comedy, action, and when trying to threaten someone though. And his acting voice held so much emotions. Fingers crossed that he can overcome the eye part someday. Hehe.

Hi. I just saw some below the belt comments on youtube and twitter so I posted what I thought about it here. Bright is known to have a league of haters and antis due to his popularity in his home country. Really, you shouldn’t be offended if you’re not one of them. As I’ve said, I’m aware that he has shortcomings too and constructive criticisms are very much welcome. So if I upset you in anyway, then I am sorry. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. The least we could do is to say it in such a way that there should be room for improvement. :)
Teaser for “You Mean the World” OST sung by Gawin. It was played in the last episode during the time when Thyme placed Gorya’s head on his lap. MV will be out later at 5PM (TH time).
Bright slanders everywhere. Haters and antis are really working double time because he is loved now compare to the last two years (it was hell for his fans and him back then but we’re all still here). I’m so thankful to the non-fans that are standing up for him. We’re not alone anymore. We have you guys.
For me, he is an effective actor. He might have some moments that he struggles in showing his emotions, most especially on dramatic parts, but overall he did a very good job. No actor is perfect anyway. There is always a room for improvement. He can still improve and that’s what matters.
Looking forward to the next episodes!!! Parbdee prod, the director, and all the cast worked really hard for this. So far, it exceed all my expectations.
P.S.: Of course I’m Team Thyme-Gorya!!! Sorry Ren. Haha.
The beat-drop at the end of the 3rd episode sucker-punches me every time. Has me by my heart!
Omg me too. I’ve been replaying that particular scene over and over again. The transition and the interview backdrop while Gorya is rushing to Thyme is also so good. The screenplay is superb.
