Dislikable FL, another toxic KDrama Chebol Family
I´ve began watching this drama because everyone liked it. I myself can´t swallow another episode. The FL is so dislikable! A woman so selfsentered, selfish, narcissistic and with tamper tantrums. Nothing on this woman for me to emphacise! Well, hopefully the actress does her job very well in depicting this character. I myself wouldn´t want to play such a narcissistic human! I got also heavily triggerd, but that´s my personal problem. The ML is this very sensitive man, I did like him very much. I can not watch any more, because I wish for the ML to get a divorce or that the FL dies. But that´s not going to happen, it´s a romantic drama after all! Her family it the steriotipical toxic KDrama Chebol Family. That´s not a new concept at all. For real, it´s getting old! Everyone is against each other. I can depict the ending in my head, and I´m going to be dissapointed, so I´m not going to watch any more.It´s just my opinion, but I don´t understand, why everyone likes this Drama.
Story: nothing new, the chebol family is toxic, the FL and ML struggle through their difficulties for a happy ending, while hurting each other along the way. So much I find it hard to understand, why they endure all this suffering!
Acting: very good cast. All of the acters so long play their roles belivable. Good actors after all! Side note: I find, that the FL and ML have no chemistry, but that´s probably because of the story. The actor of the ML has this cold, distand demenear in every one of his roles I watched so far, but can appear very sensitive and lovable.
Musik: appropriate sad soft balads. fits the drama

This series tryes to be more than fanservice, but mostly failed
I did not read the BL Novel, so I´m no insider. But I am very familiar with the genre. In the past few years there where a couple of shows that tryed to make a interesting series, that´s more than adapted fanservice. The best example from China for a BL service turned into a Bromance Series is the Untamed.The Spirealm tried very hard. But vital elements that would explain the universe inside the series where missing. So without haven´t read the book it´s hard or imposible to understand many parts. If you have to google to understand, while the content inside the series and the plotholes overexplain the riddles and puzzles inside the doors. The viewer feels stupid and simutaniously are there missing vital information.
And I know because I researched, that it had nothing to do with the BL part, that was cut out.
I understand, that the series was banned in China, probably because of the virtual reality part, wich is very imaginative.
Story: I enjoyed the idea of the escape room game turned into a series. Sadly the story wasn´t always explained much. some characters were cut short, some information about the universe were missing. (example: why and how long do they have to wait for the next door?) 7/10
Acting/Cast: Very young actors need more experience. Sometimes flat emotions. They obviously tried and you could feel the effort. 7/10
Music: Did not fit a horror themed drama. Only one sad song that I liked, but I did not like the rest. 6/10

Heavy but short love story about regret
The love in your youth leaves you with regrets over mistakes. That´s the message of this drama. The drama felt very heavy and sad. I don´t like the FL. She has only two faces: naive happy or brutal and cold. Her character also is always running away from her emotions. I didn´t like that at all. She´s pushing her boyfriend away and complains afterwards. I understand the heavy heart of the FL but sometimes didn´t understand her decisions. The ML plays a youthfull and naive character.This drama left me with mixed feelings.

A story unlike the others
I love this drama! I watched it a total of three time till now, and it never get´s old for me. It made me apreciate the value of telling stories for sensitive topics wich often times are faced with prejudice. This drama has many of them. Autism, death, working for an company witch is related to death, reintegration of an ex-convit in society. The story is well told and keeps you engaged. This drama made me fell in love with the actor Lee Je-hoon. He played his role so belivable. His character undergoes the most development through out the story.Story: 10/10 because of the enganging fast paced story, despite sensitive topics with good explanations and depth.
Acting/Cast: 10/10 no major issues with the main cast. I loved the bold neighbor girl, strong female charactor wich knows her strenght.
Music: No Pop Songs ore ballads. only acustical melodic backround music. Fitting for this kind of drama! 9/10
Rewatch Value: 10/10 I watched it three times already!
Overall: 10/10 One of my alltime favourites!

Halfway through I lost interest of this ridiculous story
I´m now halfway through and I lost interest of dis ridiculous story! Sometimes I wonder, why we finish thing´s just for the sake of it? I don´t do that anymore! Here is the story of another woman wich would go through hell only to maintain an imposible status quo of her family that in reality never existesd, because exept her, all in the family are liars. I don´t understand such characters, because it´s not worth it, in my opinion. Just divorce! Maybe it´s of Korea, that´s divorce is such a skandalous thing to do, but I thought not anymore. Anyway I don´t understand the reasoning behind the FL. I don´t like the rest of the characters. And I can somehow predict the ending of the story. It´s sometimes an original drama. It´s somewhat slow pased and there are some plotholes.Story: I didn´t saw all of it, but what I saw was sometimes ridiculous but sometimes original. 6,5/10
Acting/Cast: There are good actors. Sadly there is overacting as well, that I don´t like anymore. It´s oldschool. 8/10
Music: nothing remarkable 7/10
Rewatch Value: none for me 3/10

Storyline could have been so much more!
I´m not into modern C-Drama´s at all, but the Storyline seemed interessting, so I thought I give it a shot!Sadly the acting is poor, the Story is so far poor executed and as it seems be very predictable. The characters are flat. After 4 episodes, wich just couldn´t catch my attention, I´m dropping the title.

Another BL series turned into China Bromance fanservice
The story is set in an interessting timeline and that´s it! The Cop and Doctor concept could had been interessting, and they even tried to make it an enemy to lovers trope, but they failed misserably. The acting is also realy bad. Had not been so disappointed since a while back. I thought china could make the next step. Many series today contain good, realistic acting and not like oldschool overdramatic theatrelike. But not this one. Since it´s so not fitting for a cop-story it gets minuspoints!I can not say anything about the music, because I could only watch this drama on youtube. The music was cut out.
Honestly I can not understand the many positive reviews on this drama. This must be because of the fanservice! Young blindsided fans of the BL contend need to wake up. This is no good series!

Very bloody, very ruthless revenge story, but nothin original, but entertaining. Good Soundtrack!
I love this kind of revenge drama, can´t get enough of it. The story in itself isn´t original, the story is predictable, and the friends and foes are all clear from the stars. No surprises! It´s bloody, most of the time very eventfull, with bloody scenes. The action is well executed. Very good actors, familiar faces. The Music is good. Would watch is again, because of the fast pased action, I definitly missed something, and I would recommend!Was this review helpful to you?
