This drama exceeded my expectations, the plot is very interesting and I like the twist and mystery they kept around, it makes everything more intriguing. The main leads storyline is well written so are their characters. If you like strong and clever female lead this will not disappoint. Male lead is not your typical demon because he has another identity, so he wasn't given the typical demon traits which I find new in his character side, finally a demon that shows they are more than just typical demon with dark life. I like the chemistry of the main couple, their kisses are a blessing here, as for acting they both are great and have never disappointed. In fact, all actors in this drama are brilliant even side characters. The backstory of side characters are well inputed into the drama and they all tie well to the main leads story. I must add, this is the healthiest relationship portrayal between main leads romance in xianxia drama. The FL and ML know how to communicate and do not let misunderstandings drag on for long, they resolve it so quickly, they work and support each other wholeheartedly which is very refreshing. We don't see a lot of xianxia with this type of healthy dynamic.
