Same thoughts. WTPR started out really good for me but went downhill by second half, crossing fingers that this doesnt disappoint because loved it so far and yeah the first 4 episodes were great. This one might be cliche too but ynoe with how they execute it, i find it less cringey compared to WTPR.
Am starting to really love Ao Rui Peng as an actor. I just wanna take a moment to praise his acting performance, I think he did a really good job with his role as Fan Yue and can't see any other ML taking up this role other than him now. I was skeptical before because I wasn't familiar with him but then I was proven wrong. Got to see more of his good acting in ep 12 & 13. His facial expression in the sentimental scene 👏💖💕

True. Ego definitely played a part here and it's the most challenging thing to overcome for a person who is used to being high above the clouds. Yes! that is the case for some people that is why they can't move on, not because they dont know how to but because they don't want to.
I think the only time she will realize and let go is when a major event happens. It can be that or either as you mentioned TIME might tell but these cases are usually different for people, at the end of the day its willingness. It has to come from her own will.
