This is the only K-drama this year that really stayed with me… I can’t believe it’s ending. I’m going to miss them so much. It felt so healing and comforting, like a little safe space. 🥺
She's just 33, in her prime years, would be kinda weird if she would've looked noticeably aged.
backhanded? do you lack reading comprehension or something? we're in 2026 it's time to upgrade your mindset...anyway this is my last time replying to you since you can't comprehend this type of 'hyped comment' and just stick to your old boring plain af compliments 🤪 oh and for the record my compliment means "she looks like a goddess" which is infinity times better than your plain "she looks good" compliment.
Dilraba is unreal… like how is she still looking exactly the same?? Does she not age at all?? 😭 I literally can’t finish episodes properly because I keep pausing just to stare at her… and then Arthur Chen too like??? I’m struggling.
Umm I heard there’s an uncut version of the bathtub scene?? 👀 Anyone willing to share where to watch the full version? I need the whole scene, not just clip edits 😭
it's interesting how this drama is still constantly at 9.2 based from what I experienced here on MDL after a drama finishes airing ratings would have shifted...I think this is the only cdrama that manage to keep its score to 9.2
first half was so good, 2nd half is a little meh..... don't get me start it, Zhang Linghe 😍 he is a good looking…
AGREED!! I’m so glad I wasn’t the only one who felt this way. This is honestly the best he has ever looked in any of his dramas. He really suits those domineering roles—the strong, sharp features just elevate his whole presence. 😩
I KNOW. I was like what gives??? the 2nd leads had almost the best intimate scenes those upside down kisses hello?!!?!?? so unfair (I love the 2nd leads too tho)
Okay I finally finished POJ and I have thoughts. This is a solid 8.5/10 for me. I was this close to giving it a 9 because the first half?? absolutely chef’s kiss 😘 everything was hitting, the pacing, the tension, the storytelling… I was fully locked in. But somewhere around the second arc, it kind of lost me a bit. It honestly felt like the writing shifted midway...things started to feel rushed, and some side character moments felt unnecessary. I just wish they had kept that same tight focus on the leads like they did in the first half.
Still, overall it was a really decent watch, and I actually discovered so many new actors I’m now keeping my eye on: Snow Kong, Deng Kai, Lin Muran, Shawn Zhang, and Li Qing ❤️🔥
And can we talk about Changyu??? She was on fire this entire drama. I love how strong and composed she is, and her fight scenes were so satisfying to watch. What makes it even better is that contrast, she looks so soft and cute, but she’s actually deadly. I’m obsessed.
And Zhang Linghe… don’t even get me started. He looked insanely handsome here, I was getting distracted every single episode. Like why is he the finest general to ever exist in dramaland?? I was literally losing focus half the time just staring at him. 😭
I really wish we got more steamy moments between the leads because the chemistry was THERE… but ugh, censorship really said no. 😩
