yeah, i wish the girls and earlier characters would have gotten more screentime. i disliked Cha Jin Wook the most.
I didn't hate him, but if they were gonna give him that much screentime they should've given him an interesting engaging plot instead of having him walking around farming clips for tiktok edits
I think the ending was somewhat satisfying(?), most of the characters achieve what we've been told they want and the antagonist doesn't get her way, so, i guess it's fine.
I do wish we spent less time with Jinwook and his screen and found other ways of exposing things cause that scene was getting repetitive and boring, it was, jinwook gives a mysterious speech, screen exposes smth, jinwook speech, screen, speech, screen... over and over again.
The male leads of this season did like nothing till episode 9, but they were still getting a lot of screentime in the other episodes that they could've given to the girls and their characters who were doing important stuff, but well, i guess it was a good continuation to the first season, we could've done with less new random characters
I think the main point of this drama was to explore responses to trauma, that's why the first 2 episodes focus…
I can totally understand your opinion, even if I love this drama I also wish we could've seen his side and healing process more to go through his feelings with him, there were a lot plot points that we could've dived into like his relationship with Hyeonho or his past trauma regarding his mother... Many of those could've made us understand his way of acting and treating people. I agree that showing only one pov of a person that speaks their pain outloud makes us side with him and see things his way more than comprehending both sides and sympathizing with both abuse responses
