Also, the “men beating women” thing you mentioned is domestic violence, not an infidelity plot. And not every infidelity story has to involve violence—people can cheat, lie, fall out of love or move on without beating anyone.
So just skip without hating if it doesn't fit ur imaginative leads criteria
