TRAGEDY OF MOONLIGHT MYSTIQUE

Moonlight mystique is a unique drama done by Bai Lu as female lead and Ao Rui Peng as the male lead. This drama in summary tells a tale of three realms, Lunar, Demon and Hidden power as well as a love story of 3 individuals going 60,000 years back. This drama consisted of trials and tribulations for the female lead and the concept of a set path of life. As no matter what intervention is made and what change is done, the "WILL OF HEAVEN' always has to be followed.

This drama brings a mix of emotions to viewers, from admiration, to laughter to anger to sadness to joy to hate to love to anger and all the way to regret. The drama causes a stir of emotions much more than these. But why would it be a tragedy, you may ask.

From the earliest onset of the drama to the very end, even the OST could be included, you can feel the sense of grief looming over the drama, and how the unforeseen and unwanted would occur. To see character you love and adore die along the way and you wander why must they all die. Why does everyone the male and female leads love or care about die, why must the story follow this path?

Although the drama itself had a lots of dynamics the story broke my heart. Time and time again, I see a character that has been built up so well throughout the movie die for one reason or the other, my heart feels a pang, like its breaking. For some people, watching a drama is like a walk in the park but for me I let myself, my body , mind , soul and emotions, feel and try to relate with what the characters are feeling. and every time I do, I end up having tears streaming down my cheeks unconsciously . Although I really love this movie as a whole, it really put me to tears, but I guess I'll still be able to watch it again one day. But for now, I recommend you watch it and experience the feeling i felt yourself
