i think one example of the ML cooking for FL because she's breaking female stereotypes by being a horrible cook :( isn't enough to completely dismiss sexism or misogyny. and for the record, cooking is a Life Skill. not a gendered action. there are also many more ways for the ML to take care of FL and they if they're personalised to the character that's even better. writers reusing the same tropes and same cliche scenes are really- just no.also "take care of FL when she's vulnerable" ...you can take care of someone w/o them having to be in a vulnerable place/position & directors throwing trauma or incidents into FL's life just to futher the plot seems like lazy writing tbh
So the break up and have a 3 year time change? Do they end up getting back together in the end? I’m on ep 13…
they break up and jung goes overseas. they dont show them getting back together, but this is faintly implied in the last scene - when he finally reads hong seol's emails
Why did MW have to be sent off into the afterlife? In the very first episode when MW became the owner of the Moon…
Since her punishment lasted 1300 years+, wouldn't her natural lifespan would have long been over by then? MW's life was tied to the moon tree, and there was a scene near the end where Ma Go said that the moon tree was dead, which would mean MW, was dead too.
it isn't racy HAHAH chinese censorship ensures that every piece of media isn't straight up telling you what's going on, it's more like leaving things up to your imagination / hints you, and it fades to black
