so this is gunna be one of THOSE shows that is gunna fire my brains out trying to keep track of all the relationships... omgg excited but all afraid for the rollercoaster of emotions
Hey guys have a question to ask you all. When do you think Oh-aew first started liking Teh. This can be little…
This was such a great thread! I personally thought both of them re-triggered their feelings or even the long lost love when they saw each other on the first day of their Chinese class. The stare not only had some anger and heat but also a lingering moment of emotion... I dont know how to explain it, I just felt there was some underlying long lost emotion come into their eyes for a moment.
I legit signed up for an account to post this comment here bc this drama deserves it. I dont even know where to begin.. this past month ITSAY truly took my heart. I've known BKPP since My Ambulance, where they shook my world. I truly had second couple syndrome with that show. I was ecstatic to find out they weren’t just done but had ITSAY coming out this year.
As of now, I think ive rewatched part 1 so many times I've lost count... Nadao Bangkok yall knew what you were doing LIKE DAMN!!! And I can say like many of you, ITSAY really has TOPPED everything ive watched. [My personal opinion here] I think putting labels to this masterpiece would dilute the point this series is trying to make. I think this series is a coming of age/romance series that highlights the reality and power of love. Love, that society has socially constructed us to think we all have to love one way. But in reality, love can be boundless but hardships and fear will be there. It touches to the points of awakening in identity, sexual tension, curiosity, and fear and so much more. ITSAY really should be brought to the attention of Cannes Film Festival or any other award show.
And now to this show, first I have MAD respect to the cast for their... AMAZING portrayal of their characters. The sweat, blood, and tears to how they evoke emotions is mind-blowing. The chemistry not only between BK and PP but also the rest of them is amazing. Every movement, every touch, and every lingering look just added to depth this series brought to the game. And the writing, each line carries so much weight and insight about each character which is instantly reinforced by the acting. And the cinematography.. (DEEP BREATHES) every single shot was methodically planned out. From props to the lighting, they all gave the cast the support needed to feel and act the way they needed to. The steady camera work and use of camera angles with depth and blur, I just died soo many times because it just made every scene soo aesthetic and beautiful. And finally, the OST... the music was phenomenally executed. Every track made its moment for a viewer it took us on an emotional rollercoaster as we watch from our homes. I don't even know how many times I cried, laughed, and hid behind my blanket for all the sweet moments that happened.
Thank you Nadao Bangkok for letting your creatives do their thing and letting them create art, nothing more or less. Until March, I will be having MAJOR withdrawal symptoms as I await part 2. Until then, as BKPP fan (now for life) I'll be supporting them as an international fan and doing what I can for them bc they fucking deserve it.
