Ma Min Hwan was really nerfed huh, I don't remember him being this weak in the webtoon even without his gun. I mean, he could at least fight, at a basic level. He is by no means weaker than Chu Jaehwang and Bang Sangin. He could even fight against Geonyeob and hold on a fight with Sunchul until Siwan came to help him. If not, why would he be the second top commander in Yeonbaek Four? Why did they make it seem like he was nothing without his gun when he has basic skills to fight?
