Starting with so much drama... story of a child being born to Zhou family and grand father dies..... so Taoist Priest said the child is barefoot ghost will bring calamity, so they sent the baby to a far away place, to fathers classmate to bring up.... they didnt care about the child, abused by adopted parents and other kids around... one night step dad tried to sell her... she or her assassin friend killed them, and came to her parents .....

Wen Yifan is so broken inside, and fear of the stupid people harming whoever she is close to, makes her leave Sang Yan again and run away... Amazing acting by both the actors.. esp WYF.

Mu Chengyun heard wei Yifan might need a room mate since Sang Yan moved in for 3 months, he landed at the entrance of her building un announced. When she reached home late and with her colleague, she felt uncomfortable and tried hard to get rid of him... She had some trouble at office due to some old rumor.Mu Chengyun still persists... following her ...

At the office dinner, Mu Chengyun pretends to be drunk and Wei Yifan helps him.. Sang Yan understands the tricks and takes him off her and drops him... A drunk Wei Yifan pets her cat imagining it to be Sang Yan... she goes to kitchen and while drinks water, Sang Yan see her and thinks she is again sleep walking.. and she pretends to be walking and goes to him and lean on him.. A jealous Sang Yan is another level...

Yifan moved into a gated community, with her colleague, paying a high rent just so that she can sleep peacefully. Meanwhile fire broke out in Sang Yan's building and his apartment got badly burned. His friend whose girl friend arranged accommodation for Sang Yan and realised its a sharing housemate of Yifan.

Wei Yifan lives in a building with sharing accommodation, she faced attempted abuse at night and she was saved by one of the neighbour. They reported it to police. She decided to move out. Sang Yan, her old "romantic Interest" from shcool, dropped her back. Thinking the attacker is still under police custody she went home, but he had called two of his friends and came back to attack her... she ran out and was helped by Sang Yan. They both escaped from the attackers in their car

Story so beautifully portrayed, with amazing rain background aesthetics. Wei Yifan came back to the City where she grew up, and started working for a TV News, after going through some tough time at the old office.
