I just finished Ep 21 and Props to Wei Ting Yu because in both timelines he managed to be a dickhead to his wife no matter who it was. I don't understand how he was shocked at his sister for bullying Dou Ming and causing the miscarriage of their child because when he's there his sister bullies her so OF COURSE WHEN YOU DISAPPEAR RANDOMLY YOUR SISTERS GONNA BLAME IT ON YOUR WIFE. I really hope they get a divorce because Dou Ming is such a sweet person when she asked Dou Zhao if it was her in the situation what would she do well Song Mo wouldn't leave her in a situation knowing that it could hurt her.

in all honesty, i do not care for Qi Yu and Yu Hui's relationship. every scene of them bores me and i skip, they need to give them less screentime and give it to Rao Jing and Zhao Fang Gang.

I agree, she doesn't have to be a CEO but as long as shes helping with money it's good. She just wants to take the easy way out and marry rich.

Yeah I remember that, but it's just that out of everyone in their family she complains the most about money and how their family doesn't have much rather than working. Instead she choses to force her daughter in marriage that will give her money in the end.

I feel like its kinda weird that MCH's mum is the only one not working, maybe shes traditional but shes the one who wants MCH to be comfortable with money in the future but doesn't feel like helping the rest of the family lessen the financial burden?

But the thing is she doesn't even try to understand why everyone has a problem with what shes doing, when you think shes on MCH side all of a sudden shes planning another wedding for MCH.

In the scene where MCH is moving out after she leaves her mother says "In the end, she blames me." I might be reading too much into this but how are you gonna make this about yourself. At this point she has no respect for MCH and just views her daughter as an extension of herself, ignoring the fact that MCH is her own person with feelings, goals and not an object who's purpose is to fulfill what her mother couldn't.

I just started watching ep 16 and I'm at the wedding scene. I'm actually losing my mind because of MCH's mother, wdym you want money so bad to the point you start to ruin your daughters life just to get it. I feel so bad for MCH she was just now starting to get her life back together and her mum comes ruins it.
The fact that MCH at age of 29 has to ask her own mother for freedom is actually insane LET THIS POOR GIRL BREATHE. I really tried to understand the mother and where shes coming from but no, day by day she get dumber. Don't even get me started on the Xin Family, even though they realized how good of a person MCH is, they only want them to get married for their own self gain.

Jokes on both the mums MCH is gonna end up with YZM, I hope MCH's mum has some character development, stop hovering MCH and learn to give personal space cause MCH is 29 she doesn't need her mother telling her who she should marry.

I think atp the mum is obessed with the idea of being wealthy to the point wear she doesn't care about her own daughter's happiness. I get it in shows like this that the ex would still be in love with her but the mum??

I'm on ep 8 too, and I am really hoping that by the time I get to ep 14 the relationship is overr.

I kept seeing people say they hated the FL's mum and after watching ep1-2 I thought I could bare with it, but each episode goes by, the more pissed off I get. The only good family the FL has is her grandma, her dad rarely stands up for himself let alone for MCH and based off the episode I'm on the brother barely makes appearances.
