What did Rei mean by "you never understood anything"? Is she saying Ken never noticed that she loves him?
Okay imma rewrite the ending since the author is super confusing and unrealistic. In order to answer your question: 1. Let's it ends my ideal way: Ken needs to accept & get over the fact that Rei and Tada are married. Tada is 10x better than him and won the audiences' heart. He just need to forget about them and start another relationship. Then the answer of Rei saying is "Ken never understood anything that she has no more love toward him. Pls don't beg for love it only hurts their friendship and she felt pity for him & cried." 2. However the author went a very unrealistic ending (thats why i drop) but here is the answer: "Ken never understoood anything that he said he wanted to marry her without saying he loves her. Its that simple only 4-character magic word that he never admits, he took the matter so lightly and unthoughfully that hurt her feeling even more deeply."
edit* i dont think i need to sorry to be a hater, its so obvious: the main lead acting is the worst among all…
show reminds me some bad memories other than that being super slow and unrealistic at how she cancel the wedding. i dropped at ep8/11 and give this show 5/10 rating.
i dont think i need to sorry to be a hater, its so obvious: this dude's acting is the worst among all i know of. he barely opens his mouth or move his arms or show any decent emotions when needed. "...communication is only 7 percent verbal and 93 percent non-verbal. The non-verbal component was made up of body language (55 percent) and tone of voice (38 percent)" - quote from googling. Yet the so-call Yama-kun fail hard at his body language and the tone of voice not to mention his robotic facial emotion. Very bad experience seeing any drama he's in.

10/10 wish i can give more This is next level of comedy, very thoughtful and crowded with quality contents. Prepare for an endless laughing ride huehue hope everybody gets it.
"worth watching" isn't enough to describe this show. worth keeping in the heart is more appropriate. There's not many show with such quality in acting, plots, screenwriting like this. Feel sorry for those who don't appreciate what true great drama is.
wow being a detective shows this is garbage 1/10, dont waste your time. Even being a fan and just want to see Fukada-san i had to drop after a few eps.
