videos on YT with title movie/drama review but actually tell you the whole story A>Z with single-tone voices (its bot i guess). usually 1h length for the whole drama.
why they spend much to bring theatre plays in to drama? As others have said, better support real theatre art. i skip to the end and still don't see the purpose of black holes, a total rip off of Midnight Diner (Shinya Shokudo) plus meaningless holes thingy minus real sceneries. what the...
✨ Impressions I teared up a lot in just the first week — is it just me, or did others feel the same? This drama should include the “healing” tag; it feeds the soul when you need it. The writing is incredible at times, and I found myself enjoying those tearful moments more than I expected.
The grandpa, though he has very limited screen time and dialogue, struck me deeply. He resembles my own father so much that I felt instantly attached — a quiet presence that carried unexpected weight.
⚖️ Critiques Tone shift: Past the 1/3 show Mone becomes much less cheerful. Her character is written to serious, she even passes the stress to us viewers - especially since the show already lacks comedy. She is more and more like and old baba T_T
Body language: Most interactions feel stiff. They rarely touch each other, even in moments that cry out for warmth. It left me disappointed when emotional scenes stayed physically distant.
Acting habits: I’ve noticed the “praying pose” (hands clasped together - Natsu-san) popping up in several new dramas. It’s overused, looks lazy, and becomes tiresome when repeated every scene.
Music & Atmosphere: The OST has a handful of great tracks, but I kept getting annoyed by the constant repetition of those two ritual‑like choir songs.
The last part of the drama really drags — bogged down, predictable, and exaggerated. It leans on melodrama that undercuts the earlier “healing” strength.
🌟 Highlights As a bonus, we get to see many of the cutest Gen Z actresses gathered in one place: Mio Imada, Tsunematsu Yuri, Kiyohara Kaya, and Makita Aju. Mio’s performance especially stands out — she’s fantastic here, easily one of the best, i'll go see her in Anpan right after this.
10⭐ for the first part, 9.5⭐ for middle and 8⭐ for the end
Don’t waste your time — it plays like a kid’s show yet stuffs in adultery. Men or women, they’re all petty and quarrelsome… every tiny inconvenience turns into a battlefield. No thanks.
Chun Je In is the worst. So Hyun Joo is 2nd worst. all other cast try hard to follow the cringe plots and flop.
did we watch the same thing and for those who liked this comment wth are you thinking the ML carried the show
this show doesnt need any single char to carry. everyone are awesome. what i mean is we need a flawled ML to generate more funny scenes and story. the perfect ML would end the show in 1ep, they are so perfect nothing to complain yet nothing to watch.
Ep.1 — honestly nothing good to say. Just endless moaning and quarrels, all feeling so forced and unnatural. The producers really need to spend more time in the real world, not cooking up drama in a lab 🧐
you should watch one punch man or some overpowered isekai.
IMO the story wouldn’t even work without the goofy ML—he’s there to entertain, not to be taken seriously. It’s the same tactic tons of anime and dramas use, so I’d just roll with it and have fun 😉
So far, this is the most relatable and faithful portrayal of coming‑of‑age I’ve seen so far. If you don’t cry, laugh, hug, smile, hate, love, breakup, reconcile... or feel with them as teenagers, then I’m sorry — you’ve missed out on a lot… like me. I grew up like a stone and now learning all those emotions thru dramas.
I'm saying this even i was born in one other country and living in another country and watch many dramas from other countries. This is surely international hit.
Some how i feel deeply connected like I'm literally receiving the messages from the group chat 😂
1st ep its so joyful, youthful, eccentric, warm, charming, nostalgia, touching. hope they keep the same tone through…
ep. 3, I could clearly hear Park Ji Hu’s trembling voice when the emotions hit, such a marvelous detail. Their voices echoed under the bridge, but stayed clear on the road, another great detail.
