I also think she broke up with Cha Jung Hwan because of his mother. When she saw his mother walking down the street (I think that was in episode 2) she was almost hiding from her. Since it seems like she broke up with him out of the blue and refused to tell him why it leads you to believe that his mother was behind it.

same, episode 5 felt so long to watch.

She's Master Kim's first love. She wasn't mentioned before. Watch the prequel episode and all your questions regarding her will be answered. They called it a prequel but it's actually the real ending to the drama.

I'm not completely sure but I think it was implied that she got pregnant.

I'm disappointed that Signal was only a runner up. It's the best of the best!

At first I thought it was going to be a typical rom-com but it turned out to be a beautiful story. I would gladly watch it again.
