When I first began to watch dramas I enjoyed everything cringy, clique and every trope that the writers could fit into a single series. I watched everything that was airing just for the sake of it. I watched blindly to the point of being burnout of the over top dramatic storylines and unnecessary plots that made some dramas do a complete 360. 3 years and over 100 completed dramas later I have begun to look critically at dramas from the actors, chemistry, storyline etc. I am still a sucker for romance and the cheesy lines that got me interested in Korean television in the first place. 

Favourite Genre: Melodrama

10: "talented, brilliant, incredible, amazing, show-stopping..." zero complaints, moved me

9.5-9: amazing!! but did not shock have a profound impact on me

8.5-8:  great! however not a unique enough storyline/ overused tropes and cliques

7.5-7: good, lighthearted watch however nothing special

6.5-6:  ok, definitely some plot holes/poor writing or just bland overall

5.5-5: annoying, time-waster didn't feel anything

4.5-4: bad/confusing plot from the beginning, not even the talented actors could save the abomination these writers have created

3.5-3:  precious time I can never get back 

2.5-2:  *sigh* do i need to explain?

1.5-1: dramas that should have never been made

Anything that isn't rated is either a show, a movie from another country and can't judge fairly
