I almost didn't watch this because of all the negative comments...This is a classic TVN drama with quirky characters, an unordinary storyline with the usual drama tropes thrown in. I enjoyed watching the first two episodes and am curious about where the storyline is going. I think people went in with really high expectations for some reason
Ryu Joon Yeol was absolutely incredible in this role. I honestly believe that no other actor could have pulled off this character better than him. It was such a fun show to watch unfold, and even though at times the storyline seemed a little far fetched, it was so entertaining. I loved all of the characters and the storyline never dragged.
I really hope that no one overlooks this drama simply because the rating on here is a little low. I think they are skewed by people disliking the main actress Hwang Jung Eum, and speaking truthfully, I wasn't her biggest fan before this drama either. I really enjoyed her character and I think she was well suited to this part.
TL;DR: Watch this for lots of laughs and to fall in love with Mr. Jeh
Does this remind anyone else of The Girl Who Sees Scents? Where it starts off so quirky and funny and then suddenly everything that made you like the drama in the first place completely disappears into a melodramatic mess. I just want Ahn Dan Tae back :'(
