Akira means Bright in japanese.... and Bright is the actor's name who plays Thyme
อคิราห์ (A-Ki-Raa) means radiant of the sun in Thai. It's a Thai name that is spelled the same as Japanese name in Roman characters and has pretty much similar meaning. I guess they might choose the name to honour the story's country of origin in the Thai way.
Rui (Ren in this version) is one of my favorite characters. But I don't get the whole "sls syndrome" tbh. It feels…
Ikr. If I were Makino, I would choose Domyouji too. Like at the first thought, he was an ass then realized that he was just a dumb immature brat. Once he fell in love, he tried sooooo hard to change and became a better version of himself. His change must be an ultimate achievement of Makino. Being with him, her self-esteem would be off the charts.
On the other hand, it's pretty ambiguous that Hanazawa is seriously in love with Makino. He is tooooo quiet, too mysterious and that would make her insecured, let alone his long-time first love is a perfect queen.
I’m confused with how Gorya calculated Thai and French time. How do you arrive at Thailand 9-10 p.m. while leaving…
Departing from France at 5a.m., it's 11 hour flight so the arrival time is 4 p.m.(French time). The time difference is 6 hours then the BKK time is 10 p.m.
What a crazy drama! I mean.. in a good way. Just finished EP6 and totally love it. As a forty something's Asian woman, I feel nostalgic about the strict, not as much as Chinese schools, but still. Back in the day there were 4 heavenly kings instead of Jay Chow.
Love all the characters, the plot, the production and all. Hope it stays this fun till the end.

P is informal. It just make it polite yet friendly. So you can use it to address from acquaintances to intimates, but not your company's CEO or the clients you just meet a few times. The formal one is Khun. Source: am Thai
I want to finish this badly.. But i found myself getting annoyed at the boss girl and skipping through all her…
Ikr. She annoyed me so badly too so I paid less attention to the character. Only acknowledged the results of her actions that affect the story. Pity that the original character is really well written. She's a capable shop owner who runs Xing Xin on her own. She's also proactive as the team's boss. She's just not confident. Dunno why they decided to dumb down and make her a troublemaker like that.
I can't help thinking of Cheng Yi being Chang Yi the merman. Perhaps because I started reading after I finished L&R and Cheng Yi's performance has impact on me. ML is a pure, naive, loyal boy from the sea who turns dominant after betrayal. I somehow saw Si Feng in Chang Yi. And Cheng Yi's got nice chest. LOL.
ZBB is a better pick but I think YY looks a bit too sly.

Minimum age to get driver's license is 18 but a lot of underage drive in Thailand. Illegal, of course.
Love all the characters, the plot, the production and all. Hope it stays this fun till the end.
