I think you miss the part when Hong was talking to a female lady and the lady mentioned asking her what was Hong's plan after studying the Nihonggo (japanese) language. And she even mentioned that she can help her if she will pursue literature, and Hong said she had interest same of those writers who are koreans who studied in japan, same as her idol writer who they visited the tomb in Kyoto. It is understandable that not much scenes took place in the classroom. But there was one scene when Hong hurriedly left the class and Jungo was waiting outside with his earphones

If they will be true to the webnovel, the ending is they were watching a movie and it is a boring movie, ending Sol sleepy, as described there Sol was laying at Sunjae's lap, but when she opens her eyes around 3AM, they were already on the floor with SJ' arms under her head as her pillow, sleeping closely, wrapping her hand around his waist, sweet moments are happening in that chapter and there was a sad reminiscing of them both by Sunjae asking Sol if everytime she time travels would she see him there, unknowingly he kept the letter Sol left him, and they were both teary eyed and SJ tears fell and he was trying to cover it. He said to Sol to not run away from him again.
Probably that is where the title of this drama came as she always run away from him as she travels back to present time.

Your theory could happen but if they will follow lil bit of what was in the webtoon, there was another time traveler. Could be it is Tae Sung who traveled to change his fate too and help IS coz their common denominator that is playing in the drama is Tae Sung's dad
