i think he noticed wan's name a few times in episode 3 like in the car when his song was playing (and thap's reaction to that) and then in thap's medical textbook there was a sticky note from wan - it seemed like he suspected that wan was thap's ex but he didn't really have any confirmation until he showed up at the hospital 🥺ðŸ˜
