A lot of people also brought it up, how her company was doing a poor job at promoting her and not getting opportunities to appear on shows etc. Apparently, she was in the middle of switching company and during that switch is where everything was still being migrated..hence why it was so darn quiet on her side. While BWS company had already released all his planned schedules thats why fans were able to know ahead of time. But Hyeyoon's company had to deal with taking over a new artist and were still in the process of managing and finalizing her schedules.
Honestly...they rly should've just released a statement in the first place and not create this whole confusion where the artist herself had to explain. They were also super late in releasing their article cuz fans were mad, so to appease them they send out a late statement to "defend" themselves I suppose. That was when Lovely Runner was smashing reaching peak popularity so they couldn't stay quiet anymore. I do wish they could've done a more better job at grabbing and promoting Hyeyoon by taking advantage of this drama. Fans were wanting to see her more, BWS, varo entertainment on the other hand did a fantastic job at seizing any and every opportunity to promote their artist! He even opened his own weverse account! Makes me think they treat Wooseok well and they did everything at perfect timing while the things were still hot.
