Title Destined to Love You
First 20ish episodes..was really fun, then just started spiralling down. The ending was just like...why? I can kinda understand why they stopped subbing this.

It was average....but yes a flop considering the high expectations and caliber. I understand what they are trying…
But the thing is, when he initially appeared I had the impression of someone fragile, but then as events unfolded, he started showing the "darkness" that his upbringing caused, so either way I really cannot feel affection for his character. I mean, with his "parents" as 'role models' its obvious that most individuals would turn come out like that, especially in such a setting of greed and power-struggles (which is part of the message the writers tried to convey I presume), but that does not liberate him or his actions.

I don't get how they can ship him with Tanya though. They have completely different natures and personalities, he just isn't good enough in my eyes.

Loved it. Was an amusing drama filled with a nice mix of laughter and severity. While I do understand why some are dissatisfied with the ending choice of the king, it makes sense to me. Namely, it's not only about who deserved the throne more but also who wanted to whole setup that comes with it. You could also see the weight that our second lead felt after pretending to be King when he asks the ML whether this is how it has been him his whole life-assassins, friends/family being threatened etc., and that while he could do it well he didn't wish to. So stop complaining about "character development" etc, since all of you whole want a huge/unrealistic change and skips or whatever can watch other shows. I actually felt it was more realistic this way.

Seriously...whilst the acting is good and all, the plot was just an utter failure. The ending reveal was like wtf...contradictory and sad. Can't believe I wasted my time on this.

Is it a tragedy? If so, someone should add the tag. Was wondering if I should watch it and googled about the queen's life out of curiosity. Seeing how frustrating events in her life unraveled and the injustice of it, I don't think I could bear to see this without clenching my teeth and cursing every five minutes. Anyone care to convince me otherwise? Will I lose years off my life/ get grey hair because of this?
