Great series, sad that it has now ended. A lot of great acting, especially the by the actor playing Tian! I wish I'd seen more kisses, but this was sweet as it was too.
Wow, Yai is a deeply unlikeable. I hope the show manages to save his character in future episodes, but I've yet to see any redeeming qualities about him. I can't say I like Mangkorn either, but he's not quite as bad. I don't think I've ever watched a BL before where I've liked neither of the mains. I'm a huge fan of flawed characters, but there's a line between flawed and an a****le.
Ok, so that was probably the steamiest and most believable make-out session I've seen in any BL. Also can't wait for next week's episode, but what else is new... Liking this series and all the characters!
Holy cow! If this series had been about Ice & Tee I wouldn't have been hate-watching it, because those two were…
I agree, Tee was the hottest dude on the show. And Ice in a gentle way, and the main couple came way behind them in chemistry. Hot damn that special ep...
I actually like Duean's character and can't understand why he would be off-putting to some here. I love his straight-forwardness in flirting, the way he speaks, and that bit of jealousy there was just human rather than (excuse the ugly misogynistic term) bitchiness. Jealousy can be hard to contain, honestly, and it blinds us to our own behaviour.
Overall, I'm liking the first ep. Good chemistry between all the characters, be in the friend or love-interest kind. I look forward to where this series takes us.
Random thought but can you imagine if Inn Sarin had played Tawan? I think he could have brought an interesting level of crazy into the character. But I'm happy with them casting Na in the role, of course, he did an excellent job.
Well, I'm not disappointed at all with the episode, but I was surprised so many here were. I treat this series from a non-novel-reader POV - and novel-readers' opinions are just as valid as mine - and think this was a solid ep. Lots of cute KP, hot VP, and despite Kim failing at the "rescue" mission of his, it was kind of a small step forward for that pairing too. And we got further with the ultimate backstory of P&P's parents!
RIP hedgehog, I loved how broken Vegas was over you. Your death wasn't for nothing.
I was looking forward to this series based on the ep 0 but now I'm struggling with the actual episodes. Did the main guys' acting go downhill, or do I just remember wrong? So stiff, no chemistry... Maybe I'll make it through the ep 2's second half sometime next week on some day when there's a dry spell in the BL series airing calendar...
Overall, I'm liking the first ep. Good chemistry between all the characters, be in the friend or love-interest kind. I look forward to where this series takes us.
