I wonder why did Dohan suddenly disappear from the wedding dress fitting? I wonder if the ex called him and he rushed there. People are saying why Jihan didn't go to Dohan first, but Jihan went where Dohan was supposed to be as well. Idk I'm a bit confused.
Wonder if Jihan and Ahjeong will get together before the actual wedding and they just switch out the groom. The…
Yes, I also think that's what's gonna happen. Maybe Jihan will accidentally hear Ah Jeong and Dohan's conversation and find out he's gay and they have a contract marriage. Then he will probably not give up on her and he will end up being the one marrying her and Dohan's secret might get revealed. Just my thoughts, no facts.
in the first scene they're drunk, Korea must have serious alcohol problems
Yeah it does. I have seen and experienced the fair share of that in Korea. People drink a lot, but also the alcohol is pretty strong and people often can't say no because of social pressure. Also so much stress because of school and work that people end up drinking because of their problems. The alcohol consumptions in the dramas is pretty realistic.
Dohan is obnoxious. Why doesnβt he reveal his sexuality atp? That way his brother won't pressurize him for marriage…
I agree with the Jihan part, but Dohan has had bad experiences and probably thinks no one (except Ah Jeong) is gonna accept him as he is. In Korea being gay is still quite big taboo. He isn't that close with his brother as he was abroad for long and his brother is trying to force him to marry Chaewon for business reasons. Definitely not easy to tell him I think.
Jian and Ahjung are so unlikeable I couldn't finish ep 5. now I know not everyone is perfect. even if I turn off…
I think what she meant by admit is not that he needs to say it aloud, but he needs to accept that he's not able to sway her. She even asked him many times to just root for them and that she will take care of Dohan. She doesn't know her feelings for Jihan yet, so I think she was pretty reasonable with him. Although I do think Ah Jung uselessly sympathises with him. She should have just stayed mad a bit longer. Jihan is clearly very immature, but maybe that's how they express it to show it's a noona - dongsaeng romance. I do believe Jihan doesn't fully believe that they are marrying out of love. There have been few conversations in my opinion that has kind of proved it. Even Dohan told him that the reason he wants to marry Ah Jung is because she lets him breath and be himself. These chaebols, all they kind of know is to get married with the ones that are like them and in order to accumulate more wealth, so I think for them it's normal to marry for other reasons than love, so maybe that's why they think kind of differently in the drama about marriage and love.
I just canβt root for the lead couple at the moment because of Do Han. I know there will be no romantic relationship…
I liked Dohan's reactions too, because they were actually realistic to what's happening. AJ also kind of confronted Jihan again, but then she got pulled in again and started pitying him because of his Mother. He acts like a kid and gets all the pity from her. Well, he did say that pity can lead to love so at least he's right with that. She can't stay angry with him because she pities him.
ji-han's entire love life can be summed up as: "me and the two hot noonas i pulled by being an absolutely pathetic…
I love this drama, but this is so funny coz it's true. π€£ Realistically it would be his looks that's attractive to them (and the money helps too). Everytime he opens his mouth he sounds indeed like a pathetic loser. π
Why do I feel like she knows he is planning to divorce him and that's why she said she's terminally ill. π± But in a weird way I do think she loves him. She didn't want his brother to disrespect him either.
