Introversion and extroversion are spectrums. For example I'm introvert too, but whenever I make some test I always get results like 52% of I and 48% of E. There are times and situations where I'm more introverted and where I'm more extroverted. Looking at him and his behaviour, I can totally see him being an introvert.
